【摘要】：區(qū)域旅游合作已成為當(dāng)今全球旅游業(yè)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)之一，，對(duì)于提高旅游競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，改善區(qū)域旅游形象，實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要的作用。2011年，國(guó)務(wù)院出臺(tái)了《武陵山片區(qū)區(qū)域發(fā)展與扶貧攻堅(jiān)規(guī)劃（2011—2020）》，這成為繼西部大開發(fā)后，國(guó)家對(duì)連片特殊困難地區(qū)實(shí)施的又一戰(zhàn)略性政策支持，武陵山片區(qū)作為一個(gè)跨越四省市的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展落后地區(qū)，尤其是作為一個(gè)少數(shù)民族聚集區(qū)，其發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與民族團(tuán)結(jié)和社會(huì)安定關(guān)系緊密。 長(zhǎng)期以來，武陵山片區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展受各種因素制約，貧窮落后的局面一直沒有得到有效的改觀。然而，該地區(qū)一個(gè)顯著的特點(diǎn)是擁有類型多樣的自然景觀和濃郁的民族風(fēng)情，但是豐富的旅游資源并沒有得到很好的利用，區(qū)域旅游合作不成體系。本文以“武陵山片區(qū)區(qū)域旅游合作研究”為題，在區(qū)域旅游合作理論和動(dòng)力機(jī)制研究的基礎(chǔ)上，通過分析武陵山片區(qū)區(qū)域旅游合作的意義、條件，以及片區(qū)區(qū)域旅游合作面臨的問題，系統(tǒng)提出了武陵山片區(qū)區(qū)域旅游合作的對(duì)策建議。武陵山片區(qū)要把旅游業(yè)作為其主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)，通過區(qū)域旅游合作進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)片區(qū)旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展，從而帶動(dòng)相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展，進(jìn)而促進(jìn)整個(gè)片區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，對(duì)于當(dāng)?shù)鼐用裨黾邮杖�，擺脫貧困具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Regional tourism cooperation has become one of the world's tourism development trend, to improve the tourism competitiveness, improve regional tourism image, to achieve the sustainable development of tourism industry plays an important role in.2011, the State Council promulgated the "Wuling Mountain Area Regional Development and poverty alleviation plan (2011 - 2020) >, which become the western development, the state of contiguous areas with special difficulties and the implementation of a strategic policy support, Wuling Mountain Area as an across four provinces of the economic development in backward areas, especially areas as an ethnic minority, the development of the relationship between state and national unity and social stability closely.
For a long time, Wuling mountain area economic development affected by various factors, poor and backward situation has not been effectively improved. However, a notable feature of this area is to have various types of natural landscape and rich ethnic customs, but rich tourism resources have not been put to good use, not a system of regional tourism cooperation in this paper. The topic of "Research on the regional tourism cooperation in Wuling mountain area, based on the study of regional tourism cooperation theory and mechanism, through the analysis of the Wuling mountain area regional tourism cooperation, conditions, and facing the area of regional tourism cooperation system, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of Wuling mountain area regional tourism cooperation. The tourism in Wuling mountain area industry as the leading industry, the development of the regional tourism cooperation to further promote the area of tourism, so as to promote the relevant industry development, in It is of great significance to promote the economic development of the whole area, to increase the income of the local residents and to get rid of the poverty.
