【摘要】:面對旅游需求的日益多樣化、市場競爭的不斷加劇、技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的大力推動和旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的綜合集成,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合已成為其轉(zhuǎn)型升級以謀求更好更快發(fā)展的重大契入點(diǎn)和必然選擇。為了探尋一條加快我國旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展之路,以文化旅游業(yè)為例,在剖析旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的經(jīng)濟(jì)意義和動力需求基礎(chǔ)上,闡述了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的價值鏈解構(gòu)與重構(gòu)的實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制,從而系統(tǒng)地給出了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)融合發(fā)展的應(yīng)對策略:既要充分發(fā)揮旅游市場在資源整合、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和消費(fèi)引導(dǎo)中的導(dǎo)向作用,又要積極加強(qiáng)政府在政策與體制保障、統(tǒng)一監(jiān)管和跨界治理中的宏觀管理功能,走一條基于多元融合路徑構(gòu)建多樣化融合模式的可行之路。
[Abstract]:In the face of the increasing diversification of tourism demand, the increasing market competition, the promotion of technological innovation and the integrated integration of tourism industry. Tourism industry integration has become its transformation and upgrading to seek better and faster development of the major entry point and inevitable choice. In order to explore a way to speed up the development of tourism industry, take cultural tourism as an example. On the basis of analyzing the economic significance and power demand of tourism industry integration, this paper expounds the realization mechanism of the deconstruction and reconstruction of the value chain of tourism industry integration and development. Therefore, the countermeasures of tourism industry integration and development are given systematically: it is necessary to give full play to the guiding role of tourism market in the integration of resources, product development and consumption guidance. It is also necessary to actively strengthen the macro-management functions of government in policy and institutional guarantee, unified supervision and cross-border governance, and take a feasible road of constructing diversified integration mode based on multiple integration path.
