【摘要】:航運業(yè)是現(xiàn)代服務業(yè)的重要組成部分之一,其在國民經濟中的地位和作用十分明顯。我國船運船隊總規(guī)模達到9000多萬載重噸,列世界第四位。2008年以來,由于全球金融危機的負面影響,國際運力供求關系呈現(xiàn)供大于求的態(tài)勢,我國船運業(yè)一直面臨嚴峻挑戰(zhàn)。與此同時,環(huán)保、節(jié)能減排方面的公約、規(guī)范和強制性規(guī)則不斷出臺,航運企業(yè)的生存壓力相當大。當然,中國大陸經濟活動的不斷發(fā)展又為我國船運業(yè)提供了巨大需求空間。面對復雜的外部環(huán)境,F(xiàn)H船運公司制定符合自身特點的公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和實施策略顯得尤為重要。 本文以FH船運公司為研究對象,運用戰(zhàn)略管理相關理論與分析方法,對該企業(yè)內外部環(huán)境進行了的全面深入分析,特別是闡釋了全球經濟發(fā)展持續(xù)動蕩背景下,船運企業(yè)面臨的挑戰(zhàn)和機遇,在此基礎上,,明確FH船運公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略總體思路、戰(zhàn)略目標、戰(zhàn)略重點和實施階段,進而提出包括積極做好船隊運力擴充工作、持續(xù)提高船隊經營管理水平、強化營銷工作、增強資本運作和融資能力、探索具有自身特色的經營管理模式、加強人力資源管理與打造積極向上的企業(yè)文化等戰(zhàn)略實施策略論文還就對戰(zhàn)略實施過程中可能遇到的航運市場周期金融、運營成本上升、投資及租賃、信用等五個方面風險進行了分析,提出了相應對策建議。 本文研究成果對FH船運公司實現(xiàn)可持續(xù)健康發(fā)展具有重要指導意義,亦對其它船運企業(yè)的制定發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略具有一定的參考借鑒價值。
[Abstract]:Shipping industry is one of the important parts of modern service industry, its position and function in national economy is very obvious. The total scale of China's shipping fleet has reached more than 90 million deadweight tons, ranking fourth in the world. Since 2008, due to the negative impact of the global financial crisis, the supply and demand of international shipping capacity has been oversupply, and the shipping industry of our country has been facing severe challenges. At the same time, environmental protection, energy conservation and emission reduction conventions, norms and mandatory rules continue to be issued, shipping companies are under considerable pressure to survive. Of course, the continuous development of economic activities in mainland China has provided huge demand space for China's shipping industry. It is very important for FH shipping company to formulate its own development strategy and implement strategy in the face of complex external environment. Taking FH Shipping Company as the research object, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the internal and external environment of FH Shipping Company by using the relevant theories and analysis methods of strategic management, especially under the background of the continuous turbulence of the global economic development. On the basis of the challenges and opportunities faced by shipping companies, the general thinking, strategic objectives, strategic focus and implementation stage of the FH shipping company's development strategy are clarified, and further, it is proposed that the expansion of fleet capacity should be actively done. Continuously improve fleet management level, strengthen marketing work, strengthen capital operation and financing ability, explore management mode with its own characteristics, Strengthening Human Resource Management and creating positive Corporate Culture and other Strategic implementation Strategies the paper also discusses the shipping market cycle finance, operating costs, investment and leasing that may be encountered during the implementation of the strategy. Credit and other five aspects of risk analysis, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for FH shipping company to realize sustainable and healthy development, and also have certain reference value for other shipping enterprises to formulate development strategy.
