巴達(dá)鐵路鋪架方案研究

【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)正處于鐵路建設(shè)的高峰期,鐵路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目多,投資費(fèi)用高,如何組織和管理好鐵路項(xiàng)目施工過(guò)程,對(duì)確保施工安全、節(jié)約成本、控制質(zhì)量、滿足進(jìn)度等方面具有著積極意義。鐵路項(xiàng)目由于其自身的特殊性,鋪架施工方案的選擇對(duì)于項(xiàng)目管理的進(jìn)度及成本目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)有著較大影響,一個(gè)鐵路項(xiàng)目施工需認(rèn)真分析研究鋪架施工方案,以有效控制施工整體進(jìn)度及成本。本文主要通過(guò)項(xiàng)目管理進(jìn)度目標(biāo)控制和成本目標(biāo)控制的相應(yīng)理論,研究分析巴達(dá)鐵路鋪架施工方案對(duì)進(jìn)度目標(biāo)及成本目標(biāo)的影響,比較選出較優(yōu)的鋪架施工方案,用于指導(dǎo)施工,為巴達(dá)鐵路項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度控制和成本控制提供支持。 本文以巴達(dá)鐵路工程為背景,主要研究了三個(gè)方面的內(nèi)容:首先是對(duì)鐵路項(xiàng)目施工管理中有關(guān)進(jìn)度控制及成本管理的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了研究。其次,根據(jù)巴達(dá)鐵路項(xiàng)目相關(guān)資料、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)查資料以及項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)、原方案的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),對(duì)巴達(dá)鐵路工程項(xiàng)目施工的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,包括原中國(guó)中鐵第二勘測(cè)設(shè)計(jì)研究院提供的鋪架施工方案優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)分析、該鋪架施工方案的進(jìn)度及成本分析。并針對(duì)原方案所存在的問(wèn)題提出了新的鋪架施工方案,對(duì)其進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,明確幾個(gè)方案各自對(duì)整個(gè)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度、成本等目標(biāo)產(chǎn)生的差異。最后,根據(jù)對(duì)比分析資料,綜合分析明確巴達(dá)鐵路站前Ⅰ標(biāo)段宜采取的施工方案,并運(yùn)用于項(xiàng)目管理。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the peak period of railway construction, the railway construction project is many, the investment cost is high, how to organize and manage the railway project construction process well, to ensure the construction safety, to save the cost, to control the quality, Because of the particularity of railway project, the choice of construction plan has great influence on the progress of project management and the realization of cost target. In order to effectively control the overall progress and cost of construction, a railway project construction project should be carefully analyzed and studied in order to control the overall construction schedule and cost. This paper mainly adopts the corresponding theory of project management progress goal control and cost target control. This paper studies and analyzes the influence of the construction scheme of Bada railway frame laying on the progress goal and the cost target, and compares and selects the better construction plan for guiding the construction, providing support for the construction schedule control and cost control of Bada railway project. Taking Bada railway project as the background, this paper mainly studies three aspects: firstly, it studies the relevant theoretical knowledge of schedule control and cost management in railway project construction management. According to the relevant data of Bada railway project, the field investigation data and the characteristics of the project, the advantages and disadvantages of the original scheme, the characteristics of Bada railway project construction are analyzed. Including the analysis of advantages and disadvantages of the frame laying construction scheme provided by the former China Railway second Survey and Design Research Institute, the analysis of the schedule and cost of the construction plan. Through the comparative analysis, the differences between several schemes on the whole project schedule and cost are clarified. Finally, according to the comparative analysis data, the construction scheme that should be adopted in the first section of the Bada Railway Station is analyzed synthetically. And applied to project management.
