資源稟賦與公共品供給——合作視角下的實驗研究

【摘要】：本文引入實驗方法,從合作體和合作者兩個層面考察了資源稟賦對公共品供給的影響。將合作體的資源稟賦特征操作為"等資源稟賦型"、"高資源稟賦主導(dǎo)型"和"低資源稟賦主導(dǎo)型"三類,將合作者的特征操作為"等資源稟賦"、"高資源稟賦"和"低資源稟賦"三類。將被試隨機(jī)分配在三類合作體中,扮演不同的合作者,進(jìn)行五輪重復(fù)實驗。結(jié)果表明,在合作體水平上,資源稟賦分布特征不同的合作體具有不同的合作績效與風(fēng)險,在各合作體內(nèi),合作者的貢獻(xiàn)比例差異均有逐輪縮小的趨勢。在合作者水平上,資源稟賦水平較低的一方相對貢獻(xiàn)更高;個體合作貢獻(xiàn)比例受不同資源稟賦合作伙伴上一輪貢獻(xiàn)的影響;資源稟賦的高低和對等伙伴的數(shù)量決定了合作的可持續(xù)性。結(jié)合這些發(fā)現(xiàn),對進(jìn)一步創(chuàng)新我國公共品供給機(jī)制提出了建議。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effect of resource endowment on the supply of public goods is studied from two aspects of co-operation and co-operation. The characteristics of the resource endowment of the cooperation body are classified into three categories: "equal resource endowment", "high resource endowment" and "low resource endowment", and the characteristics of the collaborators are classified into three categories: "resource endowment", "high resource endowment" and "low-resource endowment". The trial will be randomly allocated in three types of cooperation, and play different collaborators and carry out five rounds of repeated experiments. The results show that, at the level of the cooperation, the cooperative body with different characteristics of the distribution of resources has different performance and risk. In the cooperation, the contribution ratio of the co-workers has a tendency to be reduced by one-by-one. At the level of the co-workers, the level of resource endowment is relatively high; the proportion of the contribution of individual cooperation is affected by the contribution of different resource endowment partners; the level of resource endowment and the number of peer-to-peer partners determine the sustainability of cooperation. Based on these findings, some suggestions for further innovation of the supply mechanism of public goods in China are put forward.
