【摘要】：澀澤榮一被冠以"日本企業(yè)之父"的稱號(hào),其所從事的領(lǐng)域十分廣泛,除了銀行業(yè)之外,還同時(shí)涉及了各類實(shí)業(yè)及經(jīng)濟(jì)相關(guān)的事業(yè)。張謇作為中國(guó)最初的實(shí)業(yè)家,被尊稱為"中國(guó)現(xiàn)代化的開拓者"。張謇經(jīng)歷27年之久的科舉之路,雖然最終榮登榜首成為狀元,但是對(duì)科舉登仕已漸生厭倦之心的張謇在甲午戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中清朝慘敗的巨大刺激下,毅然棄官?gòu)纳?之后開始創(chuàng)辦以大生紗廠為代表的各類企業(yè)及社會(huì)事業(yè)。澀澤榮一和張謇的企業(yè)家活動(dòng)在兩國(guó)近代化的過程中發(fā)揮了不可或缺的重大作用。而他們以儒家道德倫理為內(nèi)核的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想作為重要的精神財(cái)富,留存至今,對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)而言也依然極具參考價(jià)值。本論文通過文獻(xiàn)研究并結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的澀澤榮一及張謇的相關(guān)研究成果,在對(duì)兩者的充分比較研究之上,考察兩者廣泛的商業(yè)行為以及貫穿于商業(yè)行為中的實(shí)業(yè)思想,并分析兩者實(shí)業(yè)思想是如何與實(shí)業(yè)活動(dòng)相結(jié)合的,進(jìn)一步考察其實(shí)業(yè)思想對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。全文擬從以下四章進(jìn)行論述。第一章是緒論,簡(jiǎn)單地闡述論文選題的理由和意義,并從澀澤榮一的實(shí)業(yè)思想、張謇的實(shí)業(yè)思想、兩者的比較研究三個(gè)方面總結(jié)分析各類相關(guān)先行研究的研究成果及現(xiàn)存問題點(diǎn),在此基礎(chǔ)之上提出本論文的視角及研究方法。在探明澀澤榮一和張謇實(shí)業(yè)思想中存在的異同點(diǎn)之前,考察二人是在何等家庭環(huán)境、社會(huì)環(huán)境下度過青少年時(shí)代的,是在何種情況之下完成從官僚到企業(yè)家的轉(zhuǎn)變的,是極其有必要的。因此,在第二章中,就澀澤榮一和張謇所生存過的社會(huì)環(huán)境、家庭環(huán)境、求學(xué)過程及主要經(jīng)歷進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要介紹。第三章主要從(1)儒商人格(2)義利兩全(3)慈善觀(4)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)觀四個(gè)方面著手,通過分析二人具體的工商業(yè)活動(dòng)及相關(guān)言論著述來(lái)考察其實(shí)業(yè)思想,并就二人實(shí)業(yè)思想異同點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了比較分析。第四章則基于上一章的內(nèi)容從企業(yè)文化的構(gòu)筑、企業(yè)家的培養(yǎng)、對(duì)社會(huì)責(zé)任的重視、良性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)市場(chǎng)環(huán)境的構(gòu)筑四個(gè)方面論述二人實(shí)業(yè)思想的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義及對(duì)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)的啟示。
[Abstract]:Shiizawa Rongyi has been named "the father of Japanese enterprises". He is engaged in a wide range of fields, in addition to banking, but also involves a variety of industrial and economic-related undertakings. As the original industrialist in China, Zhang Jian was revered as "the pioneer of Chinese modernization". After 27 years of imperial examination, although Zhang Jian finally won the top spot, Zhang Jian, who was tired of the imperial examination, resolutely abandoned the official and started all kinds of enterprises and social undertakings represented by the Dasheng Yarn Factory under the great stimulation of the fiasco defeat of the Qing Dynasty in the Sino-Japanese War. The entrepreneurial activities of Shizawa Rongyi and Zhang Jian played an indispensable role in the process of modernization of the two countries. However, their economic thought, which is based on Confucian morality and ethics, as an important spiritual wealth, is still of great reference value to modern enterprises. Based on the literature research and the relevant research results of Shize Rongyi and Zhang Jian, this paper investigates the extensive business behavior and the industrial thought that runs through the commercial behavior, and analyzes how the industrial thought is combined with the industrial activity, and further investigates the practical significance of the industrial thought to the modern enterprise management. The full text will be discussed from the following four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, which briefly expounds the reasons and significance of the topic, and summarizes and analyzes the research results and existing problem points of all kinds of related advance research from three aspects: Shize Rongyi's industrial thought, Zhang Jian's industrial thought, and the comparative study of the two. On this basis, the paper puts forward the perspective and research methods of this paper. Before discovering the similarities and differences between Shizawa Rongyi and Zhang Jian in their industrial thought, it is extremely necessary to investigate what kind of family environment and social environment they spent their adolescence and under what circumstances they completed the transformation from bureaucracy to entrepreneur. Therefore, in the second chapter, the social environment, family environment, study process and main experience of Shize Rongyi and Zhang Jian are briefly introduced. The third chapter mainly starts from four aspects: (1) Confucian business personality (2) justice and profit (3) philanthropy view (4) competition view, investigates their industrial thought by analyzing their specific industrial and commercial activities and related remarks, and makes a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the two people's industrial thoughts. Based on the content of the previous chapter, the fourth chapter discusses the practical significance of the two-person industrial thought and its enlightenment to modern enterprises from four aspects: the construction of corporate culture, the cultivation of entrepreneurs, the attention to social responsibility, and the construction of benign competitive market environment.
