高校經(jīng)管類專業(yè)教師職業(yè)倦怠感調(diào)查分析

【摘要】:高校經(jīng)管類專業(yè)教師的職業(yè)倦怠感對(duì)于繼續(xù)推進(jìn)馬克思主義中國(guó)化、時(shí)代化、大眾化具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。根據(jù)調(diào)查,收入越低,加班頻率越高,教職員工的職業(yè)倦怠感越高;總體上,高校經(jīng)管專業(yè)教師職業(yè)倦怠感偏高。為此,建議提高高校經(jīng)管專業(yè)教師的薪資水平;提高白天工作時(shí)間內(nèi)的工作效率;調(diào)整教職員工的精神狀態(tài),對(duì)員工進(jìn)行集體心理疏導(dǎo)或輔導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:The sense of job burnout of teachers majoring in economics and management in colleges and universities is of great practical significance to continue to promote the Sinicization, modernization and popularization of Marxism. According to the survey, the lower the income, the higher the frequency of overtime, the higher the sense of job burnout of teaching staff. On the whole, the sense of job burnout of teachers majoring in economics and management in colleges and universities is on the high side. Therefore, it is suggested that the salary level of teachers majoring in economics and management in colleges and universities should be improved, the working efficiency during working hours should be improved, the mental state of teaching staff should be adjusted, and the staff should be given collective psychological guidance or guidance.
