【摘要】：跨越"卡夫丁峽谷"設(shè)想,是馬克思在特殊歷史背景和條件下,提出的關(guān)于生產(chǎn)力落后的東方國家如何跨越資本主義制度的理論構(gòu)想。從文本分析和社會主義實踐來看,制度跨越是動態(tài)的制度間跨越過程,而非靜態(tài)的跨越結(jié)果描述。制度跨越需要不斷完善跨越設(shè)想所提出的先置條件,是通過經(jīng)濟制度或生產(chǎn)關(guān)系的不斷變遷,滿足生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展內(nèi)生需求和促進經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的動態(tài)過程。新形勢下我國的社會主義實踐仍面臨眾多跨越障礙,亟需全面深化制度改革,擴大對外開放,完善跨越先置條件,促進我國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Under the special historical background and conditions, Marx put forward the idea of how to transcend the capitalist system in the eastern countries with backward productive forces. The idea of crossing the "Kaftin Canyon" was put forward by Marx under the special historical background and conditions. From the perspective of text analysis and socialist practice, institutional leapfrogging is a dynamic inter-institutional leapfrogging process, rather than a static leapfrogging result description. Institutional leapfrogging needs to be improved constantly, which is a dynamic process of satisfying the endogenous demand of productivity development and promoting economic development through the continuous change of economic system or production relations. China's socialist practice still faces many obstacles under the new situation. It is urgent to deepen the system reform in an all-round way, expand the opening-up to the outside world, perfect the pre-emptive conditions, and promote the sustained and rapid development of China's economy.
