【摘要】：應(yīng)得是正義的核心概念,社會(huì)應(yīng)得是分配正義的核心概念。分配正義既涉及每個(gè)人的自我所有權(quán),又涉及每個(gè)人可分享的社會(huì)公共資源,涉及他從國(guó)家和社會(huì)中獲取的社會(huì)權(quán)利和經(jīng)濟(jì)利益。每個(gè)人都擁有完全的自我所有權(quán),這種所有權(quán)是他享有很多權(quán)利的基礎(chǔ),但不是他享有社會(huì)應(yīng)得的基礎(chǔ)。社會(huì)應(yīng)得表示任何人都能夠從社會(huì)中獲得的公有價(jià)值或共享資源。社會(huì)應(yīng)得的基礎(chǔ)是人在共同體中享有的成員資格,這種資格取決于他在政治、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)中的地位。社會(huì)公平意味著每個(gè)人在社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域里得其應(yīng)得。社會(huì)應(yīng)得理論是一種社會(huì)資源分配理論,關(guān)注在社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)資源分布、配置和分配中存在的社會(huì)公平問(wèn)題。它既主張全面保護(hù)每個(gè)人的自我所有權(quán),慎重對(duì)待自我所有權(quán)的交易、變更和補(bǔ)償,又主張每個(gè)人均等地享有基本的社會(huì)資源,申明回到社會(huì)公平的起點(diǎn),為緩和社會(huì)矛盾提供可行路線。
[Abstract]:Justice is the core concept of justice, and social justice is the core concept of distributive justice. Distributive justice involves not only the self-ownership of each person, but also the social public resources that each person can share, and the social rights and economic benefits he obtains from the state and society. Everyone has complete self-ownership, which is the basis of many of his rights, but not what he deserves in society. Society deserves to mean the public value or shared resources that anyone can derive from society. Society deserves to be based on membership in the community, depending on its position in political, social and economic structures. Social equity means that everyone deserves it in the socio-economic sphere. The theory of social entitlement is a kind of social resource distribution theory, which focuses on the problem of social justice in the distribution, allocation and distribution of social basic resources. It advocates the comprehensive protection of everyone's self-ownership, the careful treatment of transactions, changes and compensation of self-ownership, as well as the enjoyment of basic social resources by everyone and other places, and affirms the return to the starting point of social equity, To ease the social contradictions to provide a feasible route.
