【摘要】：公共選擇理論運(yùn)用新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中的經(jīng)濟(jì)人假設(shè)研究政治過(guò)程,由于這種假設(shè)忽略了政治活動(dòng)參與者的有限理性和認(rèn)知偏差,因而與現(xiàn)實(shí)情況嚴(yán)重脫節(jié)。行為政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)則將行為經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)原理應(yīng)用于對(duì)政治活動(dòng)的研究中,采用有限理性、有限自利、偏好內(nèi)生且易變等更加符合實(shí)際的假設(shè),對(duì)政治活動(dòng)參與者的認(rèn)知偏差和政府失靈給予新的解釋,為政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究提供了一種新的分析工具,從而開辟出更廣闊的研究前景。為此,本文首先剖析公共選擇理論的局限性;其次對(duì)當(dāng)前行為政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的重要研究成果進(jìn)行梳理和綜述;最后對(duì)行為政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要的評(píng)論,并對(duì)其未來(lái)的研究方向進(jìn)行展望。
[Abstract]:The theory of public choice uses the economic man hypothesis in neo-classical economics to study the political process. Because this hypothesis ignores the limited rationality and cognitive deviation of the participants in political activities, it is seriously out of touch with the reality. Behavioral political economics applies the principles of behavioral economics to the study of political activities, adopting more realistic assumptions such as limited rationality, limited self-interest, preference endogeny and variability, etc. This paper gives a new explanation to the cognition deviation and government failure of the political activity participants, which provides a new analytical tool for the study of political economics, and thus opens up a wider research prospect. Therefore, this paper firstly analyzes the limitations of the theory of public choice, and then sorts out and summarizes the important research results of the current Behavioral political Economics. Finally, a brief comment on behavioral political economics is made, and the future research direction is prospected.
