【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展已經(jīng)取得了令人矚目的成績(jī),以習(xí)近平總書(shū)記為核心的黨中央不斷深化對(duì)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨執(zhí)政規(guī)律、社會(huì)主義建設(shè)規(guī)律、人類社會(huì)發(fā)展規(guī)律的認(rèn)識(shí)。中國(guó)走出了一條具有自身鮮明特色的社會(huì)主義道路,也從解決人民最基本溫飽問(wèn)題逐步走向全力提高全民生活質(zhì)量、全面建成小康社會(huì)的整體轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)時(shí)期。這種升級(jí)既是“整體”的,從全方位展開(kāi)的;又是“轉(zhuǎn)型”的,是發(fā)展方式和狀態(tài)的轉(zhuǎn)變。我國(guó)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出“整體轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)”和“新常態(tài)”的特征。目前我國(guó)發(fā)展依然處在重要戰(zhàn)略機(jī)遇期,也不可避免的面臨著諸多的挑戰(zhàn)。以習(xí)近平同志為核心的黨中央審時(shí)度勢(shì),結(jié)合當(dāng)下中國(guó)基本國(guó)情和錯(cuò)綜復(fù)雜的國(guó)際形勢(shì),全面地領(lǐng)悟了馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的深刻內(nèi)涵并以此為框架,堅(jiān)持和創(chuàng)新了我黨歷屆領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想精髓,傳承和發(fā)揚(yáng)了博大精深的中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中經(jīng)濟(jì)智慧,廣泛地借鑒和吸收了西方經(jīng)濟(jì)思想,探索出一套獨(dú)有的、符合中國(guó)當(dāng)下國(guó)情的、系統(tǒng)性的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想。本文在研究習(xí)近平經(jīng)濟(jì)思想所產(chǎn)生的時(shí)代背景及理論淵源的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)習(xí)近平總書(shū)記所提出的關(guān)于社會(huì)主義“五大發(fā)展理念”的思想、經(jīng)濟(jì)“新常態(tài)”和供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的思想、關(guān)于社會(huì)主義基本經(jīng)濟(jì)制度的思想、關(guān)于社會(huì)主義分配的思想、關(guān)于社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和運(yùn)行的思想進(jìn)行分析,探討了習(xí)近平經(jīng)濟(jì)思想中所體現(xiàn)的特征,概括為鮮明的創(chuàng)新性、高度的統(tǒng)籌性、綠色的持續(xù)性、廣泛的開(kāi)放性、明確的針對(duì)性。研究了習(xí)近平經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的理論意義及實(shí)踐意義,其思想的理論意義在于,不僅豐富和發(fā)展了馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)思想,而且使中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的理論認(rèn)識(shí)達(dá)到了新高度。實(shí)踐意義在于,其經(jīng)濟(jì)思想深刻詮釋了我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展面臨的形勢(shì)、發(fā)展動(dòng)力與發(fā)展方向,對(duì)于我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)具有深遠(yuǎn)的指導(dǎo)意義,有利于提升我國(guó)的綜合實(shí)力,在國(guó)際規(guī)則中發(fā)出更多中國(guó)聲音、注入更多的中國(guó)元素,提升我國(guó)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和國(guó)際地位。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic development has made remarkable achievements. The CPC Central Committee, with General Secretary Xi Jinping as the core, has deepened its understanding of the ruling law of the Communist Party of China, the law of socialist construction, and the law of the development of human society. China has taken a socialist road with its own distinctive characteristics, and has gradually moved from solving the most basic food and clothing problem of the people to fully improving the quality of life of the whole people and building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way during the period of transformation and upgrading. This kind of upgrade is not only "whole", but also "transformation", which is the change of development mode and state. China's development presents the characteristics of "overall transformation and upgrading" and "the new normal". At present, the development of our country is still in an important period of strategic opportunity, and it is inevitable to face many challenges. The CPC Central Committee, with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core, has comprehensively grasped the profound connotation of Marxist economic theory and took it as a framework in the light of the basic national conditions of China and the complex international situation at present. Adhering to and innovating the essence of the economic thoughts of previous leaders of the CPC, inheriting and carrying forward the economic wisdom of the extensive and profound traditional Chinese culture, widely learning and absorbing western economic ideas, and exploring a unique set of economic ideas. In line with China's current national conditions, systematic economic thinking. On the basis of studying the historical background and theoretical origin of Xi Jinping's economic thought, this paper gives an account of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought on the "five Great Development Concepts" of Socialism. The "new normal" of economy and the thought of supply-side structural reform, the thought of socialist basic economic system, the thought of socialist distribution, and the thought of reform and operation of socialist economic system are analyzed. This paper discusses the characteristics embodied in Xi Jinping's economic thought, which is summarized as distinct innovation, high degree of unity, green persistence, wide openness and definite pertinence. This paper studies the theoretical and practical significance of Xi Jinping's economic thought. Its theoretical significance lies in that it not only enriches and develops the Marxist economic thought, but also makes the Communist Party of China realize the theory of economic construction to a new height. The practical significance lies in its profound interpretation of the situation facing China's economic development, its motive force and direction of development, which is of far-reaching guiding significance to China's economic construction and is conducive to the promotion of China's comprehensive strength. Make more Chinese voice in the international rules, inject more Chinese elements, promote China's international competitiveness and international status.
