【摘要】：中西方社會(huì)的歷史發(fā)展本是各有分殊的,但法治、契約、公平與效率等方面的難題是每種社會(huì)形態(tài)都必須面對(duì)的。脫胎于中世紀(jì)的西方社會(huì)較早地應(yīng)對(duì)了法治、契約等課題,促使市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)大力發(fā)展,但在公平與效率方面的表現(xiàn)并不令人滿意。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)建立在封建專制皇權(quán)與士紳共同壓榨小農(nóng)的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)上。我們?cè)谑忻裆鐣?huì)未充分發(fā)育的基礎(chǔ)上建立了社會(huì)主義制度,我們需要重溫經(jīng)典作家對(duì)社會(huì)形態(tài)的深刻見(jiàn)解,并探索用社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制認(rèn)識(shí)和解決經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中碰到的以上難題。
[Abstract]:The historical development of the Chinese and western societies is a separate one, but the problem of the rule of law, the contract, the fairness and the efficiency is that every social form must be faced. In the middle ages, the western society has responded to the subject of the rule of law, the contract and so on, and promoted the development of the market economy, but the performance in the aspects of equity and efficiency was not satisfactory. China's traditional society is built on the social structure of the feudal autocratic emperor and the gentry to press the small-scale farmers. On the basis of the insufficient development of the civil society, we have set up a socialist system, and we need to review the profound opinions of the classical writers on the social form, and to explore the above problems encountered in the process of economic and social development with the socialist market economic system.
