【摘要】：在現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟學體系中，“比較制度分析”(Comparative Institutional Analysis，簡稱CIA)是一門新興的領域，青木昌彥是“比較制度分析”最具代表性人物，，在這一研究領域做出了開拓性的理論貢獻，提出了許多有影響的重要理論觀點。青木昌彥的“比較制度分析”理論經(jīng)歷了三個階段：起步、成熟和擴展，從中可以看出，隨著經(jīng)濟社會現(xiàn)實的發(fā)展，“比較制度分析”的理論體系是如何漸趨完善和成熟起來的。在對青木昌彥的“比較制度分析”思想作了全面的回顧后，本文將這一新的經(jīng)濟學理論和新古典經(jīng)濟學、新制度經(jīng)濟學進行了比較研究，做出了相應的理論評價。在此基礎上，將“比較制度分析”理論運用到中國經(jīng)濟的現(xiàn)實中，解釋了中國經(jīng)濟改革發(fā)展過程中非公有制企業(yè)黨組織的建設這一特有的現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:In the modern economic system, (Comparative Institutional Analysis, (CIA) is a new field, Aoki is the most representative figure of comparative institutional analysis, and has made a pioneering theoretical contribution in this field. Many important and influential theoretical viewpoints are put forward. Aoki's "comparative system analysis" theory has experienced three stages: starting, maturing and expanding, from which we can see that with the development of economic and social reality, How the theoretical system of comparative system analysis is gradually perfected and matured. After a comprehensive review of Aoki's "comparative institutional analysis", this paper makes a comparative study of this new economic theory, neo-classical economics and neo-institutional economics, and makes a corresponding theoretical evaluation. On this basis, the theory of "comparative system analysis" is applied to the reality of China's economy, which explains the unique phenomenon of the construction of party organizations in non-public enterprises during the process of economic reform and development in China.
