【摘要】：基于知識基礎理論,構建了"關系強度—合作模式—知識創(chuàng)造"的邏輯鏈條,研究企業(yè)間關系強度如何通過合作模式影響企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)造,以及環(huán)境不確定性對關系強度與合作模式之間關系的調(diào)節(jié)效應。以我國305家制造類企業(yè)為樣本,運用實證分析方法對相關假設進行驗證。結(jié)果表明:企業(yè)間關系強度對企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)造存在顯著的正向作用;股權式合作在關系強度與企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)造中起中介作用;股權式合作對企業(yè)知識創(chuàng)造的作用大于契約式合作;外部環(huán)境的不確定性正向調(diào)節(jié)關系強度與合作模式間的關系。其中,市場不確定性正向調(diào)節(jié)關系強度與股權式合作模式間的關系;技術不確定性正向調(diào)節(jié)關系強度與契約式合作模式的關系。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of knowledge foundation, this paper constructs the logical chain of "relationship intensity-cooperation mode-knowledge creation", and studies how the strength of inter-firm relationship affects enterprise knowledge creation through cooperation mode. And the effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between relationship intensity and cooperation model. With 305 manufacturing enterprises in China as a sample, empirical analysis method is used to verify the relevant assumptions. The results show that the strength of inter-firm relationship has a significant positive effect on enterprise knowledge creation, equity cooperation plays an intermediary role in relationship intensity and enterprise knowledge creation, equity cooperation plays a greater role in enterprise knowledge creation than contractual cooperation. The uncertainty of the external environment positively regulates the relationship between the intensity of the relationship and the mode of cooperation. Among them, the relationship between the intensity of positive regulatory relationship of market uncertainty and the equity cooperation model, and the relationship between the intensity of positive regulatory relationship of technical uncertainty and contractual cooperation mode.
