【摘要】：理論界面臨一大挑戰(zhàn):有人稱中國沒有區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展理論,與西方相差20年。事實上,中國特色社會主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)運用當(dāng)代馬克思主義已在中國改革開放發(fā)展中創(chuàng)立了嶄新的區(qū)域發(fā)展理論體系。世界上此領(lǐng)域存在著兩種不同的研究路線:一種是單線思惟,將社會制度這一根本因素排除在外,僅以"純地理"的"點——線"獨立推進,加深了二元結(jié)構(gòu);另一種是系統(tǒng)思維,以社會主義為平臺、以人民為中心,綜合考量多元、多維整體協(xié)調(diào)推進區(qū)域發(fā)展,匯成合力,出現(xiàn)全面繁榮。后者是中國共產(chǎn)黨在中國特色社會主義實踐中積累和創(chuàng)造的區(qū)域協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展理論,是當(dāng)代馬克思主義政治經(jīng)濟學(xué)的重大創(chuàng)新點。按照習(xí)近平同志新發(fā)展理念的視閾,中國的區(qū)域發(fā)展理論可概括為系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)多維匯力的區(qū)域發(fā)展理論,遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)超越了西方的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)說。它具有九個特點,具體包括十大創(chuàng)新和中國特色社會主義城鎮(zhèn)化道路,建立在把握生產(chǎn)力社會化與生產(chǎn)關(guān)系社會化統(tǒng)一規(guī)律基礎(chǔ)之上,推進中國取得舉世無雙的發(fā)展奇跡,為世界發(fā)展中國家實現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化提供了思路、方案和樣板。
[Abstract]:Theorists face a challenge: some say China has no theory of regional economic development, which is 20 years away from the West. In fact, the use of contemporary Marxism in the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics has created a new system of regional development theory in the development of China's reform and opening up. There are two different research routes in this field in the world: one is single-line thinking, which excludes the fundamental factor of social system, and promotes only "point-line" of "pure geography" independently, which deepens the dual structure; The other is systematic thinking, which takes socialism as the platform, people as the center, comprehensive consideration of diversity, multi-dimensional overall coordination to promote regional development, convergence of forces, and overall prosperity. The latter is the theory of regional coordinated development accumulated and created by the Communist Party of China in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and is a major innovation point of contemporary Marxist political economy. According to the new development concept of Xi Jinping, the regional development theory of China can be summarized as the regional development theory of systematic coordination and multi-dimensional convergence, which far exceeds the traditional western theory. It has nine characteristics, including ten innovations and the road of socialist urbanization with Chinese characteristics. It is based on grasping the unified laws of socialization of productive forces and socialization of relations of production, and promoting China to achieve an unparalleled development miracle in the world. For the world's developing countries to achieve modernization ideas, programs and models.
