【摘要】：萬里是我們黨和國家卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人之一,為我國的革命、建設(shè)和改革事業(yè)作出了比較突出的貢獻(xiàn)。改革過程中,他實(shí)事求是、勇于探索、攻堅克難。他的鐵路改革為改革開放以后鐵路事業(yè)的健康發(fā)展作出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。他臨危受命,執(zhí)政安徽,推動家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制,對我國農(nóng)村改革以及當(dāng)下的新農(nóng)村建設(shè)都具有十分重要的意義。改革開放后,針對我國社會主義現(xiàn)代化經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)出現(xiàn)的新問題、新情況,他提出了一系列關(guān)于社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)立法工作的理論和政策,使得我國經(jīng)濟(jì)改革不斷深入,為促進(jìn)我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展做出了重要的貢獻(xiàn)。全文共分為五個部分:第一部分為導(dǎo)論,闡述了本研究的緣起、研究現(xiàn)狀和研究意義。第二部分是萬里關(guān)于鐵路建設(shè)的思想。主要內(nèi)容包括:批判派性斗爭、加強(qiáng)鐵路基礎(chǔ)工作建設(shè)、整頓鐵路治安秩序和深化鐵路改革。第三部分是萬里的農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)改革思想。主要包括:人是最重要的生產(chǎn)力、尊重生產(chǎn)隊的自主權(quán)、農(nóng)業(yè)要實(shí)事求是、實(shí)施包產(chǎn)到戶、搞好農(nóng)業(yè)區(qū)劃。第四部分是萬里的市場經(jīng)濟(jì)改革思想,分別從運(yùn)用市場經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律和加快經(jīng)濟(jì)立法這兩個方面進(jìn)行論述。第五部分是萬里經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的特點(diǎn)、意義和啟示,指出萬里的經(jīng)濟(jì)思想符合馬克思主義的發(fā)展觀、矛盾觀、聯(lián)系的觀點(diǎn)以及人民群眾的觀點(diǎn),具有一定的實(shí)踐意義和理論價值,對當(dāng)今鐵路建設(shè)、農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)和社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)有一定的啟示作用。
[Abstract]:Wanli is one of the outstanding leaders of our party and country, and has made outstanding contributions to the cause of revolution, construction and reform in our country. In the course of reform, he sought truth from facts, dared to explore and overcome difficulties. His railway reform made an important contribution to the healthy development of railway cause after reform and opening up. He was ordered to take power in Anhui province and promoted the household contract responsibility system, which is of great significance to the rural reform and the construction of new countryside. After the reform and opening up, in view of the new problems and new situations in the construction of the socialist modern economy in China, he put forward a series of theories and policies on the legislative work of the socialist economy, which made the economic reform of our country continue to deepen. To promote the development of China's socialist market economy has made important contributions. The paper is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction, which explains the origin, research status and significance of this study. The second part is the thought of Wanli railway construction. The main contents include: criticizing factional struggle, strengthening railway basic work, rectifying railway public order and deepening railway reform. The third part is the thought of rural economic reform. Mainly include: people are the most important productive forces, respect the autonomy of the production team, agriculture should be practical and realistic, the implementation of household, agricultural zoning. The fourth part is the idea of market economy reform in Wanli, which is discussed from two aspects: applying the law of market economy and speeding up economic legislation. The fifth part is the characteristics, significance and enlightenment of Wanli's economic thought. It points out that Wanli's economic thought conforms to the Marxist concept of development, contradiction, connection and the views of the people, which has certain practical significance and theoretical value. It can enlighten the railway construction, rural economy construction and socialist market economy construction.
