【摘要】：1958年11月第一次鄭州會(huì)議至1959年廬山會(huì)議前夕,在糾正已經(jīng)察覺(jué)的"左"傾錯(cuò)誤的過(guò)程中,中共中央和毛澤東就如何搞好具有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提出了若干重要理論觀點(diǎn):經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)理論必須是中國(guó)馬克思主義,以切實(shí)維護(hù)人民群眾利益作為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),以穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革和處理好計(jì)劃規(guī)律與價(jià)值規(guī)律關(guān)系、充分發(fā)展商品生產(chǎn)為經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供動(dòng)力,必須堅(jiān)持綜合平衡、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的建設(shè)方針和實(shí)事求是的工作方法等。這些思想有效地指導(dǎo)了國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)調(diào)整工作,也為新的歷史時(shí)期中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)提供了寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)和理論準(zhǔn)備。
[Abstract]:From the first Zhengzhou Conference in November 1958 to the Lushan Conference in 1959, in the course of correcting the perceived "left" errors, The CPC Central Committee and Mao Zedong put forward several important theoretical viewpoints on how to do a good job in socialist economic construction with Chinese characteristics: the guiding theory for economic construction must be Chinese Marxism. To effectively safeguard the interests of the people as the starting point and foothold of economic construction, to steadily advance the reform of the economic system and to properly handle the relationship between the law of planning and the law of value, and to fully develop commodity production to provide impetus for economic construction, Must adhere to the comprehensive balance, coordinated development of the construction policy and practical and realistic working methods. These thoughts have effectively guided the adjustment of the national economy and provided valuable experience and theoretical preparation for the construction of socialist economy with Chinese characteristics in the new historical period.
