【摘要】： 毛澤東“新經(jīng)濟政策”是1956年底社會主義改造完成以后， 由毛澤東提出來，劉少奇、周恩來闡發(fā)的。其中心思想是：可以消 滅了資本主義，又搞資本主義；它是社會主義經(jīng)濟的補充；允許多 種經(jīng)濟成份并存，提倡經(jīng)濟成份多樣化等等。 本文從毛澤東提出“新經(jīng)濟政策”的歷史背景入手，分析了 “新經(jīng)濟政策”的實質(zhì)和未能實施的原因。闡述了它的理論地位、 歷史意義和啟示。本文認為，毛澤東“新經(jīng)濟政策”是以毛澤東為 代表的黨的第一代領(lǐng)導集體在肯定社會主義改造和建設成果的前 提下，提出的一次興利除弊，力圖完善社會主義經(jīng)濟體制的一種改 革設想；是毛澤東思想寶庫的重要內(nèi)容和當今改革開放的直接理論 淵源。它受到了列寧新經(jīng)濟政策的啟發(fā)，，但又不同于列寧的新經(jīng)濟 政策。它之所以未能實施，同當時國際國內(nèi)形勢和黨的社會主義建 設思路的變化是分不開的。研究毛澤東“新經(jīng)濟政策”，對我們正 確理解和認識鄧小平理論，在社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設中，正確對待姓 資姓社等問題都有重要的啟迪作用。
[Abstract]:Mao Zedong's New Economic Policy was put forward by Mao Zedong and elucidated by Liu Shaoqi and Zhou Enlai after the socialist transformation was completed at the end of 1956. The main idea is that capitalism can be eliminated and capitalism can be carried out, and it is a supplement to socialist economy. Allow a variety of economic components coexist, promote diversification of economic components and so on. Starting from the historical background of Mao Zedong's "new economic policy", this paper analyzes the essence of "new economic policy" and the reasons for its failure. It expounds its theoretical status, historical significance and enlightenment. This paper holds that Mao Zedong's "new economic policy" was put forward by the first generation of the Party's leading collective, represented by Mao Zedong, before affirming the achievements of socialist transformation and construction. Put forward to do a useful thing, remove the malpractice, try to improve the socialist economic system of a reform of the assumption; It is the important content of Mao Zedong thought treasure house and the direct theoretical origin of reform and opening up. It was inspired by Lenin's new economic policy, but different from Lenin's. The reason why it failed to be implemented was due to the changes in the international and domestic situation and the Party's socialist construction ideas. To study Mao Zedong's "New Economic Policy" and to understand and understand Deng Xiaoping's theory precisely, in the course of socialist modernization, Correct treatment of surname and surname society and other issues have an important enlightening role.
