綜合測(cè)評(píng)輔助決策支持系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:我們?cè)谌粘I町?dāng)中常常會(huì)遇到需要對(duì)不同的事,不同的人,不同的方法等作出判斷和評(píng)價(jià),以便進(jìn)行好壞分別和取舍。由于事物的復(fù)雜性,對(duì)事物的評(píng)判往往存在多衡量因素和多種不確定性。個(gè)人對(duì)復(fù)雜情況的判斷由于受各種因素的影響,往往不能做到客觀、公正、如實(shí)。要想使對(duì)不同事物的綜合評(píng)判具備科學(xué)性、合理性、正確性,就應(yīng)該針對(duì)其各自的特點(diǎn),對(duì)其所涉及的社會(huì)因素、經(jīng)濟(jì)因素,技術(shù)指標(biāo)以及確定性、不確定性因素等進(jìn)行技術(shù)分析,以使能夠得到比較全面、客觀、如實(shí)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果。由于評(píng)判的過(guò)程的復(fù)雜性,常常涉及大量的數(shù)學(xué)運(yùn)算,因此需要引入計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)。本文主要講述了綜合測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)數(shù)學(xué)模型的原理及其在經(jīng)濟(jì)生活中的應(yīng)用,并根據(jù)蘭州供電局的工作需要,針對(duì)實(shí)際情況而設(shè)計(jì)。綜合測(cè)評(píng)數(shù)學(xué)模型主要采取了層次分析法和德爾菲法相結(jié)合的方法,請(qǐng)專家對(duì)方案評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)打分,然后求取各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)間相對(duì)重要性的權(quán)重值矩陣和不同的解決方案對(duì)各評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的貢獻(xiàn)值矩陣,最后將兩個(gè)矩陣相乘得到綜合評(píng)價(jià)的最終結(jié)果。綜合測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)依托綜合測(cè)評(píng)數(shù)學(xué)模型建立,運(yùn)用了目前較先進(jìn)的三層結(jié)構(gòu)(客戶機(jī)/應(yīng)用程序服務(wù)器/數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器)。選用Delphi6.0、VBA、SQL語(yǔ)言作為開發(fā)語(yǔ)言和工具,SQL Server 2000作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。綜合測(cè)評(píng)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)了綜合測(cè)評(píng)數(shù)學(xué)模型的各種算法,用戶通過(guò)此系統(tǒng)可以完成各種綜合評(píng)價(jià),,例如對(duì)部室工作業(yè)績(jī)綜合評(píng)價(jià),對(duì)企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策能力綜合評(píng)價(jià)、對(duì)員工的綜合評(píng)價(jià)、對(duì)企業(yè)資信的綜合評(píng)價(jià)、對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)等等。通過(guò)實(shí)例驗(yàn)證,本文提出的模糊綜合測(cè)評(píng)理論和方法及其軟件,具有一定的推廣應(yīng)用價(jià)值
[Abstract]:In our daily life, we often encounter the need to judge and evaluate different things, different people, different methods, etc., in order to make a distinction between good and bad. Because of the complexity of things, there are many factors and uncertainties in judging things. Due to various factors, personal judgment on complex situations is often not objective, fair and truthful. In order to make the comprehensive judgment of different things scientific, reasonable and correct, we should focus on their own characteristics, the social, economic, technical and deterministic factors involved. The uncertainty factors are analyzed in order to get the comprehensive, objective and truthful evaluation results. Because of the complexity of the judgment process, it often involves a large number of mathematical operations, so it is necessary to introduce computer systems. This paper mainly describes the principle of the mathematical model of the comprehensive evaluation system and its application in economic life. According to the work needs of Lanzhou Power supply Bureau, it is designed according to the actual situation. The comprehensive evaluation mathematical model mainly adopts the method of combining analytic hierarchy process and Delphi method. Experts are invited to rate the evaluation index of the project. Then the weight matrix of relative importance of each evaluation index and the contribution value matrix of different solutions to each evaluation index are obtained. Finally, the final results of comprehensive evaluation are obtained by multiplying the two matrices together. Based on the mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation, the comprehensive evaluation system uses the advanced three-tier structure (client / application server / database server). Delphi6.0,VBA,SQL language as the development language and tool, SQL Server 2000 as the background database. The comprehensive evaluation system realizes various algorithms of the comprehensive evaluation mathematical model, through which the user can complete all kinds of comprehensive evaluation, such as the comprehensive evaluation of the work performance of the department and the office, the comprehensive evaluation of the decision-making ability of the enterprise leaders. Comprehensive evaluation of employees, comprehensive evaluation of enterprise credit, comprehensive evaluation of engineering projects and so on. The theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and its software presented in this paper have certain value of popularization and application.
