【摘要】：馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論是馬克思主義理論的重要部分。但在認(rèn)識(shí)和評(píng)析當(dāng)代世界經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律和趨勢(shì)中,卻長(zhǎng)期被人們忽視;而大行其道的則是西方主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論。然而,資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)周期性地爆發(fā)并嚴(yán)重影響資本主義社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)正常發(fā)展,各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家從不同角度對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)進(jìn)行研究,但都沒(méi)有提及經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的根本問(wèn)題,直至馬克思才真正指明了經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的根源。馬克思關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的論述對(duì)指導(dǎo)社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展也有重要價(jià)值。文章主要內(nèi)容由五大部分構(gòu)成:第一部分對(duì)馬克思關(guān)于經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的思想進(jìn)行歸納整理。該思想最顯著的成就是指出了資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的根源。馬克思批判地繼承了古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的危機(jī)理論,并結(jié)合當(dāng)時(shí)資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的現(xiàn)實(shí)狀況,指出了資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的根源是植根于資本主義社會(huì)內(nèi)部的基本矛盾,由基本矛盾展開(kāi)的一系列相關(guān)矛盾導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)不穩(wěn)定。馬克思經(jīng)過(guò)研究,形成了一整套關(guān)于危機(jī)的理論,主要包括經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的表現(xiàn)、影響和實(shí)質(zhì)等。第二部分主要談馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論的重要貢獻(xiàn)。作為一種科學(xué)理論,它不僅克服了古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)派經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論的種種缺陷,揭示了資本主義雇傭勞動(dòng)制度下工人貧困的根源,為工人解放運(yùn)動(dòng)提供了思想武器,推動(dòng)了工人解放運(yùn)動(dòng)的發(fā)展;理論中對(duì)“資本主義必然滅亡”的歷史命運(yùn)進(jìn)行了深刻論證,正是由于資本主義社會(huì)內(nèi)部不可調(diào)和的矛盾的存在,才導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)周而復(fù)始的發(fā)生,經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)影響范圍不斷擴(kuò)大,而資本主義本身又無(wú)法徹底解決這些矛盾,最終難逃滅亡的命運(yùn)。不論是該理論本身還是理論的創(chuàng)作過(guò)程都處處體現(xiàn)了唯物主義哲學(xué)的基本原則,另外,科學(xué)社會(huì)主義也是在該理論基礎(chǔ)之上建立和發(fā)展起來(lái)的。第三部分將馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論與當(dāng)代經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)現(xiàn)狀相結(jié)合,審視當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展危機(jī)及其影響。雖然當(dāng)代資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)在內(nèi)容和形式上出現(xiàn)了一些新變化,帶有某些新特點(diǎn),但是其根源和實(shí)質(zhì)與傳統(tǒng)資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)并無(wú)二致,仍需要以馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論為指導(dǎo)予以透視和評(píng)析。第四部分主要探討了馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)作、發(fā)展的啟示作用,指導(dǎo)我們?cè)鯓颖苊饨?jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)的發(fā)生,同時(shí)也能有效降低世界性經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不利影響。第五部分是在前面探討的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論的重新審視。馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論以其徹底的批判性與前人經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論相區(qū)別,但是也有其局限性,我們應(yīng)該堅(jiān)持用馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論分析當(dāng)代世界經(jīng)濟(jì),將傳統(tǒng)理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)情況相結(jié)合,對(duì)馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論加以創(chuàng)新發(fā)展,這樣才能不斷賦予馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論新的生命力,更好的服務(wù)于我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。馬克思經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)理論是隨著實(shí)踐不斷發(fā)展的科學(xué)理論,那些對(duì)其持“懷疑論”和“過(guò)時(shí)論”的態(tài)度是不對(duì)的。正確對(duì)待傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)典理論,科學(xué)分析其指導(dǎo)作用,一方面可以使傳統(tǒng)理論實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值,另一方面,又可結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)實(shí)況對(duì)傳統(tǒng)理論提出要求,促使傳統(tǒng)理論更加完善。
[Abstract]:Marx's economic crisis theory is an important part of Marxism theory. However, in the cognition and evaluation of the contemporary world economic law and trend, it has been neglected for a long time. however, that capitalist economic crisis broke out periodically and seriously affect the normal economic development of the capitalist society, and the economists study the economic crisis from different angles, but neither mention the fundamental issue of the economic crisis, Until Marx really pointed out the root causes of the economic crisis. Marx's argument about economic crisis also has important value for guiding socialist economic development. The article mainly consists of five parts: the first part summarizes Marx's thoughts about the economic crisis. The most remarkable achievement of the thought is to point out the root causes of the capitalist economic crisis. Marx criticized the crisis theory of classical economics, and pointed out that the root of the capitalist economic crisis was rooted in the basic contradiction inside the capitalist society. A series of interrelated contradictions developed by basic contradictions led to economic instability. After the study, Marx formed a whole set of theories about the crisis, mainly including the performance, influence and essence of the economic crisis. The second part mainly talks about the important contribution of Marx's economic crisis theory. As a scientific theory, it not only overcomes the defects of the classical economic school economic crisis theory, reveals the causes of the workers' poverty in the capitalist system of labor and labor, provides the ideological weapon for the workers' liberation movement, and promotes the development of the workers' liberation movement. "Capitalism is doomed to destruction." The historical fate of the capitalist society has been proved deeply. It is due to the existence of the inharmonious contradiction in the capitalist society, which leads to the beginning of the economic crisis and the widening of the influence scope of the economic crisis, and the capitalism itself cannot completely solve these contradictions. The fate of eventual extinction. Whether the theory itself or the creation process of the theory embodies the basic principle of materialist philosophy, the scientific socialism is also established and developed on the basis of this theory. The third part combines the theory of Marx's economic crisis with the current situation of contemporary economic crisis, and examines the current economic development crisis and its influence. Although the contemporary capitalist economic crisis has undergone some new changes in content and form, it has some new features, but its roots and essence are not quite different from the traditional capitalist economic crisis. The fourth part mainly discusses the enlightenment of Marx's economic crisis theory on the operation and development of socialist market economy in China, and guides us how to avoid the occurrence of economic crisis, but also can effectively reduce the adverse effect of the world economic crisis on our country's economy. The fifth part is to re-examine the theory of Marx's economic crisis on the basis of the foregoing discussion. Marx's economic crisis theory differs from previous economic crisis theory, but has its limitation. We should stick to the analysis of contemporary world economy with the theory of Marx's economic crisis, combine the traditional theory with the reality, The theory of Marx's economic crisis is developed, so that the new vitality and better service of Marx's economic crisis can be given to our country's economic development.
