創(chuàng)新視角下產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)生命周期的演化

【摘要】:本文借鑒企業(yè)生命周期理論、集群生命周期理論來(lái)研究產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚區(qū)的生命周期,揭示集聚區(qū)形成、成長(zhǎng)、成熟和衰退期不同階段的發(fā)展特征,探討依靠創(chuàng)新來(lái)延長(zhǎng)集聚區(qū)生命周期的機(jī)理。通過(guò)實(shí)證研究,提出創(chuàng)新是抑制集聚區(qū)衰退、延長(zhǎng)其生命的最好策略,而創(chuàng)新最終持續(xù)性的動(dòng)力則是市場(chǎng),要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造有利于公平有序競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的制度環(huán)境、法律環(huán)境等市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,形成有效激勵(lì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新所需要的市場(chǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:This paper uses the theory of enterprise life cycle and cluster life cycle theory to study the life cycle of industrial agglomeration area, and reveals the development characteristics of different stages of formation, growth, maturity and decline of agglomeration area. To explore the mechanism of prolonging the life cycle of agglomeration area by innovation. Through the empirical research, it is put forward that innovation is the best strategy to restrain the recession of agglomeration area and prolong its life, and the power of the final sustainability of innovation is the market, which should create the institutional environment, legal environment and so on, which is conducive to fair and orderly competition. To form an effective incentive to technological innovation needs the market structure.
