【摘要】：近年來女性主義經(jīng)濟學的興起使得經(jīng)濟學界重視女性在經(jīng)濟活動中的作用。女性主義經(jīng)濟學在20世紀60年代初步形成,其研究的主要問題非常廣泛,家庭照顧、社會福利、無酬勞動等都是其關(guān)注的對象。20世紀,女性主義經(jīng)濟學家為改變女性在勞動力市場受到的歧視,提出了同工同酬的解決方案,希望通過報酬的平等來提高女性的權(quán)益,正確對待和衡量女性在勞動力市場的付出。而21世紀,女性主義經(jīng)濟學家們則把"女性勞動"的衡量標準從"收入"轉(zhuǎn)向"時間",主要研究女性在家庭勞動時間上受到的歧視,關(guān)注女性在非勞動力市場即在家庭中的無薪酬勞動。我們對女性主義經(jīng)濟學興起的背景追根溯源,力圖厘清其發(fā)展脈絡(luò),分析其對"女性勞動"的衡量。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the rise of feminist economics has made economists attach importance to the role of women in economic activities. Feminist economics was initially formed in the 1960s, and its main research issues are very extensive. Family care, social welfare, unpaid labor and so on are all the objects of concern in the 20th century. In order to change the discrimination of women in the labor market, feminist economists put forward a solution of equal pay for equal work, hoping to improve women's rights and interests through equal pay, and to correctly treat and measure women's efforts in the labor market. In the 21st century, feminist economists have shifted the measure of "female labor" from "income" to "time", mainly studying the discrimination that women are subjected to in family working hours. Focus on women's unpaid work in the non-labour market, that is, in the family. We trace back to the background of the rise of feminist economics, try to clarify its development context and analyze its measurement of "female labor".
