女性對(duì)人生存發(fā)展家庭保障的內(nèi)在平衡探究——基于人的發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的考察

【摘要】：家庭保障作為人生存發(fā)展保障最重要的內(nèi)容,就其實(shí)現(xiàn)形式而言,最基礎(chǔ)的是具有自然屬性的家庭保障性勞動(dòng)付出,這是人生存發(fā)展的"家庭基礎(chǔ)保障";最根本的是要保障有勞動(dòng)能力的家庭成員能夠就業(yè)并獲得勞動(dòng)報(bào)酬,它是人生存發(fā)展的"家庭根本保障",兩者缺一不可,共同構(gòu)建人生存發(fā)展的家庭保障。當(dāng)前,女性對(duì)人生存發(fā)展的家庭保障面臨"兩種保障"嚴(yán)重失衡的現(xiàn)象,要實(shí)現(xiàn)女性對(duì)人生存發(fā)展家庭保障的內(nèi)在平衡,女性個(gè)體要做"能動(dòng)的人",實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)發(fā)展與"家庭保障"平衡;政府和企業(yè)共同構(gòu)建平衡女性就業(yè)與"家庭保障"的制度體系;將人生存發(fā)展保障在社會(huì)生產(chǎn)和分配中予以落實(shí)。
[Abstract]:As the most important content of human survival and development security, family security is based on the natural nature of the family security labor, as far as its realization form is concerned. This is the "basic protection of the family" for the survival and development of human beings; the most fundamental thing is to ensure that the family members with the ability to work can be employed and receive remuneration for their work. It is the "fundamental guarantee" for the survival and development of human beings. Both are indispensable. Jointly build the family security of human survival and development. At present, the family security for the survival and development of women faces the phenomenon of "two kinds of security" serious imbalance, in order to realize the inherent balance of women's family security for human survival and development. The female individual should be the "active person" to achieve the balance between career development and "family security", and the government and enterprises should jointly construct a system of balancing female employment and "family security". To ensure the survival and development of human beings in social production and distribution to be implemented.
