【摘要】： 區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力決定一個(gè)區(qū)域的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展命運(yùn)。培育和提升區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是增強(qiáng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的最重要途徑。本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)理論，運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的方法，對(duì)我國(guó)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的形成機(jī)理、內(nèi)容形式、培育方法、分析評(píng)價(jià)等進(jìn)行了探討。 全文共分四個(gè)部分，具體內(nèi)容如下： 第一部分(第一章)：根據(jù)當(dāng)前國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的背景以及我國(guó)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過程中的各種問題，，論述了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究的目的與意義。 第二部分(第二、第三、第四章)：論述了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)理論、要素和來源。區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)理論即區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略理論以及博弈論等，明確區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的有關(guān)概念和理論來源與指向；區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的基礎(chǔ)因素，即區(qū)域資源稟賦、區(qū)位因素、社會(huì)環(huán)境和政府管理等因素對(duì)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力形成與作用的影響或關(guān)系；區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的來源(載體)，即區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)組織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)能力。 第三部分(第五章)：論述區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的內(nèi)容。區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力不同于企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，是指區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)獨(dú)特的資源配置能力和市場(chǎng)開拓能力。區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力表現(xiàn)為區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的比較優(yōu)勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)兩個(gè)層次。 第四部分(第六、第七章)：研究區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的培育(創(chuàng)建)和分析評(píng)價(jià)。區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力培育的根本途徑是區(qū)域創(chuàng)新，同時(shí)注意培育形式的戰(zhàn)略選擇和策略確定。區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力分析和評(píng)價(jià)是其系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)和方法的研究，這是區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力培育和管理的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The core competitiveness of regional industries determines the competitiveness of a region and the fate of economic development. Cultivating and improving the core competitiveness of regional industry is the most important way to strengthen the competitiveness of regional economy. In this paper, the formation mechanism, content form, cultivation method and analysis and evaluation of the core competitiveness of regional industry in China are discussed by using the relevant theories at home and abroad and the method of combining theory with practice. The full text is divided into four parts. The specific contents are as follows: part one (Chapter one): according to the background of current international and domestic economic development and various problems in the process of regional economic development of our country, This paper discusses the purpose and significance of the research on the core competitiveness of regional industry. The second part (the second, the third, the fourth chapter): discusses the basic theory, the essential factor and the source of the regional industrial core competence. The basic theories of regional industrial core competence are regional economic theory, industrial economic theory, competitive strategy theory and game theory. The basic factors of the core competitiveness of regional industry, namely, regional resource endowment, location factor, social environment and government management, etc., which influence or relate to the formation and function of the core competitiveness of regional industry; The source (carrier) of the core competitiveness of regional industry, namely, the competitiveness of regional industrial structure, the competitiveness of regional industrial organization and the ability of regional industrial upgrading. The third part (Chapter 5): discusses the content of regional industrial core competence. The core competitiveness of regional industries is different from the competitiveness of enterprises and countries, and refers to the unique resource allocation ability and market development ability of regional industries. The core competitiveness of regional industry is represented by two levels: comparative advantage and competitive advantage. The fourth part (Chapter 6, Chapter 7): to study the cultivation (creation) and analysis and evaluation of regional industrial core competence. The basic way to cultivate the core competitiveness of regional industry is regional innovation, while paying attention to the strategic choice and strategy determination of cultivation form. The analysis and evaluation of the core competence of regional industry is the research of its systematic index and method, which is the foundation of the cultivation and management of the core competence of regional industry.
