【摘要】：構(gòu)建中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué),需要科學(xué)理解和準(zhǔn)確把握其理論屬性。有人認(rèn)為當(dāng)代西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是唯一科學(xué)的"現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)",連"中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)"這個(gè)概念都是不成立的。事實(shí)上,政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)從來都是一門具有歷史性、社會(huì)性、階級(jí)性和國別性的社會(huì)科學(xué),因而,構(gòu)建中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)具有充分的合理性和可能性。同時(shí),中國特色社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐不僅為中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)提供了事實(shí)依據(jù)和基礎(chǔ),而且也對(duì)其提出了迫切的現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,從而使得構(gòu)建中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)具有足夠的可行性和必要性。中國特色社會(huì)主義發(fā)展道路的獨(dú)特性,決定了中國特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是不同于西方經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)范式和傳統(tǒng)社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)范式的一種新的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)范式。
[Abstract]:To construct political economy with Chinese characteristics, we need to understand and accurately grasp its theoretical attributes. Some people think that contemporary western economics is the only scientific "modern economics", even the concept of "political economy with Chinese characteristics" is untenable. In fact, political economy or economics has always been a social science with historical, social, class and national characteristics. Therefore, it is reasonable and possible to construct political economy with Chinese characteristics. At the same time, the practice of the economic development of socialism with Chinese characteristics not only provides a factual basis and foundation for the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also puts forward an urgent practical need for it. Therefore, it is feasible and necessary to construct socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics. The unique development of socialism with Chinese characteristics determines that the political economy with Chinese characteristics is a new political economic paradigm different from the western economic paradigm and the traditional socialist political economic paradigm.
