【摘要】：正如今市面上介紹稻盛和夫經(jīng)營之道的出版物雖說不少,卻大多經(jīng)過了加工過濾,多了一絲說教,而少了那份現(xiàn)場講演或?qū)υ挼孽r活感。幸運的是,稻盛和夫又有一本新書在中國出版。這本《匠人匠心:愚直的堅持》,是稻盛與比他年輕整整一代人的諾貝爾生理學(xué)和醫(yī)學(xué)獎得主山中伸彌的對話錄敘述輕松自然,給人以很強的在場感,正好彌補了上述缺憾。盡管一路讀來毫不費勁,這本書的信息量卻不小,讀罷此書,不僅能了解稻盛身上"圣"的一面,還能通過其本人之口,了解他何以如此。
[Abstract]:Although there are plenty of publications on the market today, most of them are processed and filtered, with a little bit of lecture, and less of a live lecture or conversation. Fortunately, a new book has been published in China. This "craftsman's mind: a foolish insistence" is the relaxed and natural narration of Miyako Yamanaka, the Nobel Prize winner in physiology and medicine, who is a generation younger than him, and gives a strong sense of presence, which makes up for the above deficiencies. Though it was easy to read, the book contained a great deal of information. After reading it, you could understand not only the "holy" side of Inamori, but also why it was so through his own mouth.
