【摘要】：私有權(quán)問題是社會發(fā)展研究的焦點。盧梭與馬克思從不同的私有權(quán)內(nèi)涵出發(fā),探討了私有權(quán)的起源,賦予了私有權(quán)不同的社會歷史地位,提出了各自的揚棄方向與路徑。盧梭把私有權(quán)與不平等聯(lián)系起來,致力于設(shè)計公正的政治契約;馬克思把私有權(quán)概念轉(zhuǎn)化為私有制,致力于還原私有權(quán)的生產(chǎn)性和歷史性。在私有制基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力是社會的現(xiàn)實選擇,盧梭的社會契約模式可以成為私有制揚棄的政治路徑。
[Abstract]:Private right is the focus of social development research. Starting from the different connotation of private right, Rousseau and Marx discussed the origin of private right, endowed different social and historical status of private right, and put forward their respective sublation direction and path. Rousseau linked private right to inequality and devoted himself to designing a just political contract; Marx transformed the concept of private right into private ownership and devoted himself to restoring the productive and historic private right. It is a social choice to develop productive forces on the basis of private ownership, and Rousseau's social contract model can become the political path of sublation of private ownership.
