【摘要】：本文首先從歷史的和邏輯的角度分析了經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與代價(jià)的關(guān)系，指出：理論誤導(dǎo)是高代價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要原因。之后，在評(píng)析西方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論各流派的片面性和比較優(yōu)勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了一種新的增長(zhǎng)理論——低代價(jià)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論。根據(jù)這個(gè)理論，對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的代價(jià)進(jìn)行了分析，并提出我國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)低代價(jià)增長(zhǎng)的基本思路和具體建議。 引論部分。回顧人類工業(yè)化的歷史，，可以看出，各國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)都付出了沉重代價(jià)。從邏輯的角度看，這種現(xiàn)象并非規(guī)律所致。應(yīng)該承認(rèn)，任何事物的發(fā)展都難免付出代價(jià)，同時(shí)也應(yīng)該認(rèn)識(shí)到，代價(jià)又是完全可以控制的。就是說(shuō)，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)與高代價(jià)之間沒(méi)有必然的聯(lián)系。那么，高代價(jià)是怎么產(chǎn)生的呢?原因有多種，西方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論的片面性及其誤導(dǎo)作用便是其中的一個(gè)重要原因。要實(shí)現(xiàn)低代價(jià)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)，必須糾正西方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論的片面性，建立一種包含代價(jià)因素在內(nèi)的新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論，據(jù)此調(diào)整和完善現(xiàn)行的經(jīng)濟(jì)政策和法律法規(guī)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的代價(jià)的限制。 第一章，評(píng)析西方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論的各個(gè)流派及其片面性。根據(jù)要素在經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)中的地位和作用，把西方經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)理論劃分為五個(gè)流派。一是多因素決定論。首倡者是斯密和李嘉圖。他們認(rèn)為，經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)是由包括勞動(dòng)、資本、土地、技術(shù)進(jìn)步和社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)制度在內(nèi)的多種因素共同決定的。丹尼森和庫(kù)茲涅茨發(fā)展了這一理論：把一些因素作了新的調(diào)整和界定，并按照對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)大小，對(duì)各
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the relationship between economic growth and cost from the historical and logical point of view, and points out that misguided theory is an important reason for high cost economic growth. Then, on the basis of analyzing the one-sidedness and comparative advantage of various schools of western economic growth theory, this paper puts forward a new growth theory-low cost economic growth theory. According to this theory, this paper analyzes the cost of economic growth in China, and puts forward some basic ideas and concrete suggestions for the realization of low-cost growth in China. Introduction. Looking back on the history of human industrialization, we can see that all countries have paid a heavy price for economic growth. From a logical point of view, this phenomenon is not the result of laws.
