【摘要】： 收入分配是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域中的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容。社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下，實(shí)行按勞分配與按生產(chǎn)要素分配相結(jié)合的分配制度。按生產(chǎn)要素分配是社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)踐發(fā)展過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)新課題，對(duì)之進(jìn)行深入研究具有十分重大的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)實(shí)踐意義。 本文以社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下的按生產(chǎn)要素分配為研究對(duì)象。首先分析了生產(chǎn)要素的含義(生產(chǎn)要素是生產(chǎn)社會(huì)財(cái)富的要素)及其在農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代、工業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代、知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代等不同社會(huì)生產(chǎn)階段重要性的演變。在此基礎(chǔ)上，比較系統(tǒng)地研究探討了社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下按生產(chǎn)要素分配的客觀依據(jù)，以及按生產(chǎn)要素分配在生產(chǎn)要素市場(chǎng)和企業(yè)內(nèi)部的具體實(shí)踐等方面的內(nèi)容。 理論和實(shí)證研究分析表明，社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下實(shí)行按生產(chǎn)要素分配，必然會(huì)拉大個(gè)人收入差距。適度的收入差距有利于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會(huì)穩(wěn)定，而差距過(guò)大，則不利于經(jīng)濟(jì)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展和社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定。所以，社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)必須正確處理好效率與公平的關(guān)系，，采取收入再分配政策，建立和完善個(gè)人收入所得稅和社會(huì)保障體系，合理調(diào)節(jié)初次分配市場(chǎng)效率性造成的過(guò)大收入差距。
[Abstract]:The distribution of income is an important part in the field of economics research . Under the condition of socialist market economy , the distribution system combining the distribution of labor and distribution of production elements is put into practice . The distribution of production elements is a new subject which appears in the process of practice and development of socialist market economy . It is of great theoretical and practical significance .









In this paper , based on the distribution of production factors under the conditions of socialist market economy , this paper first analyzes the significance of the production factors ( production factors are the elements of producing social wealth ) and the significance of different social productive phases in the times of agricultural economy , industrial economy and knowledge economy . On the basis of this , the objective basis of distribution of production factors under the condition of socialist market economy is discussed systematically , and the contents of the production factors are distributed in the production factor market and the concrete practice inside the enterprise .









Theoretical and empirical research shows that , under the conditions of socialist market economy , the distribution of individual income is inevitable . The moderate income gap is beneficial to the economic development and social stability , but the gap is too big , which is not conducive to the long - term development of economy and social stability . Therefore , the socialist market economy must correctly handle the relationship between efficiency and equity , adopt income redistribution policy , establish and perfect the individual income tax and social security system , and rationally adjust the excessive income gap caused by the initial distribution market efficiency .
