【摘要】：本文在闡明信息化科學內(nèi)涵、產(chǎn)生背景、區(qū)域差異等基本理論問題的基礎(chǔ)上，從區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的角度出發(fā)，深入分析了區(qū)域空間布局、城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌、特色產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)演進等過程中出現(xiàn)的區(qū)域發(fā)展差距擴大的問題，運用區(qū)域經(jīng)濟理論和信息經(jīng)濟理論，積極尋找有效的解決對策，探索信息化對縮小區(qū)域發(fā)展差距，促進區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的作用機制。 第一、論文對信息化的界定進行了充實和完善，歸納了信息、信息化、信息經(jīng)濟等相關(guān)范疇及基本特征，闡述了信息化產(chǎn)生的時代背景和發(fā)展趨勢，梳理了信息化與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相關(guān)理論。通過國內(nèi)外研究結(jié)果的比較，認為信息化已不僅僅是一個技術(shù)層面的問題，而更是一個經(jīng)濟發(fā)展問題，對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展有著重要的推進作用，因區(qū)域的差異，不同區(qū)域的信息化發(fā)展方向和重點不同。 第二，論文通過對區(qū)域信息化水平的測定，分析了區(qū)域信息化水平狀況及其構(gòu)成要素的差異，剖析了信息化與工業(yè)化的區(qū)域差異、信息產(chǎn)業(yè)化和產(chǎn)業(yè)信息化的區(qū)域差異、信息化與區(qū)域資源開發(fā)利用的關(guān)聯(lián)性以及信息化的區(qū)域差異對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展影響等。認為區(qū)域信息化水平與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平有著密切的聯(lián)系，，信息化對于區(qū)域經(jīng)濟非均衡協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有重要的促進作用。 第三、論文分析了信息化對區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展帶來的時空變化。認為信息化植入?yún)^(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，帶來的最顯著變化是“以時間換空間”，彰顯空間的個性，放大區(qū)域優(yōu)勢，形成各具特色的區(qū)域經(jīng)濟。其次分析了信息化對區(qū)域要素及其流動、區(qū)域空間結(jié)構(gòu)的創(chuàng)新與重組、產(chǎn)業(yè)組織空間形態(tài)變化的作用和影響。針對建立在區(qū)域分工基礎(chǔ)上的不同主體功能區(qū)的開發(fā)，指出信息化的推進也應(yīng)該體現(xiàn)功能各異，區(qū)位有別。
[Abstract]:On the basis of expounding the connotation of informatization science, background and regional differences, this paper analyzes the regional spatial layout, urban and rural planning, and the development of characteristic industries from the angle of unbalanced and coordinated development of regional economy. In the process of industrial structure evolution, the problems of widening regional development gap are discussed. By using regional economic theory and information economy theory, we should actively seek effective solutions to reduce the gap between regional development and informatization. The mechanism of promoting the coordinated development of regional economy. First, the paper enriches and perfects the definition of informatization, summarizes the relevant categories and basic characteristics of information, informatization and information economy, and expounds the background and development trend of informatization. Combing the information and regional economic development related theories. Through the comparison of the research results at home and abroad, it is concluded that informatization is not only a technical issue, but also an economic development issue, which plays an important role in promoting regional economic development, because of regional differences. Different regions of the information development direction and focus are different. Secondly, through the measurement of the level of regional informatization, the paper analyzes the difference of the level of regional informatization and its constituent elements, the regional difference between informatization and industrialization, the regional difference of information industrialization and industry informatization. The relationship between informatization and development and utilization of regional resources and the influence of regional differences of informatization on regional economic development. It is considered that the level of regional informatization is closely related to the level of regional economic development, and informatization plays an important role in promoting the unbalanced and coordinated development of regional economy. Thirdly, the paper analyzes the temporal and spatial changes brought by informatization to the development of regional economy. It is considered that the most significant change brought by the implantation of information technology into regional economic development is "exchanging time for space", showing the individuality of space, amplifying regional advantages and forming regional economy with its own characteristics. Secondly, the paper analyzes the effect and influence of informatization on the regional elements and its flow, the innovation and reorganization of regional spatial structure, and the change of industrial organization's spatial form. In view of the development of different main function areas based on regional division of labor, it is pointed out that the promotion of informatization should also embody different functions and different location.
