【摘要】:世紀(jì)之交,一種新型的、基于知識(shí)的經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)呈現(xiàn)出勃勃生機(jī)。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)時(shí)代,,知識(shí)的重要性得到了前所未有的顯現(xiàn)和證明。知識(shí)已經(jīng)成為知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)最重要的資源,知識(shí)管理成為企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、管理創(chuàng)新和制度創(chuàng)新的基本途徑,是企業(yè)提高核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力,獲得可持續(xù)發(fā)展的根本手段。企業(yè)管理層已開始深刻地認(rèn)識(shí)到知識(shí)對(duì)企業(yè)發(fā)展和進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的戰(zhàn)略價(jià)值,知識(shí)管理已經(jīng)得到世界上眾多先進(jìn)企業(yè)的重視。 針對(duì)目前我國企業(yè)界對(duì)知識(shí)管理認(rèn)知的不足,本文提出:必須站在戰(zhàn)略的高度把握知識(shí)管理,即企業(yè)應(yīng)當(dāng)構(gòu)建自己的知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略,并將其融入企業(yè)整體戰(zhàn)略之中。 本文以資源、知識(shí)為基礎(chǔ)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論作為基本理論依據(jù),分析了知識(shí)資源的特點(diǎn)、類別及其對(duì)企業(yè)可持續(xù)性競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的作用;剖析了知識(shí)與企業(yè)總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略相互促進(jìn)和相互制約的關(guān)系;提出了知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略的基本類型;歸納了知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施模式、方法等。 在戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境支撐方面,本文從信息技術(shù)、人力資源、組織結(jié)構(gòu)及企業(yè)文化角度出發(fā),提出營(yíng)造一個(gè)面向知識(shí)管理的環(huán)境是成功實(shí)施知識(shí)管理戰(zhàn)略的重要保障,研究并構(gòu)筑了以上四個(gè)方面的環(huán)境建設(shè)模式。 最后,本文指出了知識(shí)管理績(jī)效測(cè)度的重要意義,并根據(jù)知識(shí)管理流程建立了知識(shí)管理績(jī)效測(cè)度的方法。
[Abstract]:At the turn of the century, a new, knowledge-based economic form is showing vitality. In the era of knowledge economy, the importance of knowledge has been unprecedented manifestation and proof. Knowledge has become the most important resource in the knowledge economy society. Knowledge management has become the basic way for enterprises to realize technological innovation, management innovation and system innovation. It is the fundamental means for enterprises to improve their core competitive ability and obtain sustainable development. Enterprise management has begun to realize the strategic value of knowledge to enterprise development and market competition. Knowledge management has been paid attention to by many advanced enterprises in the world. In view of the lack of knowledge management cognition in Chinese enterprises at present, this paper puts forward that we must hold knowledge management from a strategic perspective, that is, enterprises should construct their own knowledge management strategies and integrate them into the overall strategy of enterprises. Based on the theory of core competence based on resources and knowledge, this paper analyzes the characteristics, categories of knowledge resources and their effects on the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises. This paper analyzes the relationship between knowledge and enterprise's overall competitive strategy, puts forward the basic types of knowledge management strategy, and summarizes the implementation mode and method of knowledge management strategy. In terms of strategic environment support, this paper puts forward that creating an environment oriented to knowledge management is an important guarantee for the successful implementation of knowledge management strategy from the perspectives of information technology, human resources, organizational structure and corporate culture. Research and build the above four aspects of environmental construction model. Finally, this paper points out the importance of knowledge management performance measurement, and establishes the method of knowledge management performance measurement according to knowledge management process.
