【摘要】： 經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展是關(guān)系人類發(fā)展的重要課題，是可持續(xù)發(fā)展理論和實(shí)踐研究的焦點(diǎn)之一，正確認(rèn)識經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的含義及其中諸關(guān)系的狀況，并施以有效的協(xié)調(diào)手段，是經(jīng)濟(jì)得以正常運(yùn)行的重要保障。本文綜合運(yùn)用可持續(xù)發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)等學(xué)科的前沿理論和方法，采取了從具體到抽象，從個別到一般的研究方法，試圖從可持續(xù)發(fā)展視角來研究經(jīng)濟(jì)與其它相關(guān)要素之間關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào)問題。 本文的主要內(nèi)容如下： 論文的第一部分介紹了本文研究的背景，國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究的現(xiàn)狀和擬解決的問題。 第二部分在綜合研究可持續(xù)發(fā)展概念的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的概念及相關(guān)命題，通過對經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展形成過程的分析，明確了協(xié)調(diào)在經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展中的重要作用，提出可以從社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)兩個維度上分析諸關(guān)系的協(xié)調(diào)問題，為進(jìn)一步的研究指明了方向。同時，綜合研究了經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的指標(biāo)體系。 第三部分研究了經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展中需要協(xié)調(diào)的系統(tǒng)內(nèi)外關(guān)系，，分析了社會、經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境之間的關(guān)系，指出在諸關(guān)系中整體上應(yīng)重點(diǎn)把握的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與環(huán)境的關(guān)系以及政府與市場的關(guān)系。 第四部分研究了三種協(xié)調(diào)力量即公眾、政府、國際合作及其對推動經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的作用。 第五部分進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析，結(jié)合中國國情探討了中國經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展應(yīng)協(xié)調(diào)或注意的問題。 論文在探討了經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)發(fā)展中的諸關(guān)系后，得到的結(jié)論是經(jīng)濟(jì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展內(nèi)涵較廣，因此在實(shí)際中既要重視社會、環(huán)境對經(jīng)濟(jì)的作用，又不可偏廢經(jīng)濟(jì)的可持續(xù)性。并且，由于這種發(fā)展處于復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)中，要求處理好各種關(guān)系。中國作為發(fā)展中國家，選擇可持續(xù)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展道路是明智的做法。
[Abstract]:Economic sustainable development is an important subject related to human development and one of the focal points in the theoretical and practical research of sustainable development. We should correctly understand the meaning of economic sustainable development and the status of its various relations, and apply effective means of coordination. It is the important guarantee that economy can run normally. Based on the advanced theories and methods of sustainable development economics, environmental economics, macroeconomics, industrial economics and so on, this paper adopts the research methods from concrete to abstract, from individual to general. The main contents of this paper are as follows: the first part of this paper introduces the background of this paper. The second part puts forward the concept of economic sustainable development and related propositions based on the comprehensive study of the concept of sustainable development. Through the analysis of the forming process of economic sustainable development, this paper clarifies the important role of coordination in economic sustainable development, and puts forward the coordination problems which can be analyzed from the two dimensions of society and economy, and points out the direction for further research. At the same time, the index system of economic sustainable development is comprehensively studied. The third part studies the relationship between internal and external systems that need to be coordinated in the process of economic sustainable development, and analyzes the relationship among society, economy and environment. It is pointed out that the relationship between economic development and environment and the relationship between government and market should be emphasized in all relations. The fourth part studies three kinds of coordinating forces, that is, the public and the government. International cooperation and its role in promoting sustainable economic development. This paper discusses the problems that should be coordinated or paid attention to in the sustainable development of Chinese economy combined with the national conditions of China. After discussing the relations in the sustainable development of the economy, the conclusion is that the sustainable development of the economy has a broad connotation. Therefore, we should not only attach importance to the role of society and environment on economy, but also can not neglect the sustainability of economy. Moreover, because this kind of development is in the complex system, the request handles each kind of relation well. As a developing country, China is wise to choose the path of sustainable economic development.
