【摘要】：西方理論認(rèn)為意志自由是勞動力商品自由交易的前提,交易主體平等是勞動力商品自由交易的保證,消極自由和積極自由是衡量勞動力商品自由交易的兩個維度。西方理論對勞動力自由交易的分析是基于維護資本所有者的利益而不是勞動者的利益的理論。如果站在維護勞動者的立場上,基于西方理論的分析能得出規(guī)范勞動力市場行為、健全社會保障制度、大力提高勞動者的自身能力、對強勢的資方予以強制等具有一定啟示意義的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Western theory holds that freedom of will is the premise of free trade of labor commodities, equality of subject is the guarantee of free trade of labor commodities, negative freedom and positive freedom are the two dimensions of measuring free trade of labor commodities. The analysis of labor free trade in western theory is based on the theory of defending the interests of capital owners rather than workers. If we stand on the standpoint of maintaining workers, and based on the analysis of western theories, we can come to a conclusion that the labor market behavior can be standardized, the social security system can be improved, and the laborers' own ability can be greatly improved. The conclusion of imposing on the strong management has certain enlightening significance.
