【摘要】： 因特網(wǎng)正在而且已經(jīng)以前所未有的方式對人類的經(jīng)濟生活形成沖擊。因特 網(wǎng)及其價值到底是什么？它對企業(yè)的影響從何處產(chǎn)生？發(fā)展的規(guī)律和特點有哪 些？進行因特網(wǎng)經(jīng)營可以從哪些方面展開并如何進行？所有這些都成為企業(yè)在 撲面而來的因特網(wǎng)浪潮中需要迫切回答的問題。盡管如此，與之相關(guān)的研究卻 相當薄弱。本文在案例分析、理論探討、調(diào)查研究的基礎上，對上述問題進行 了較為系統(tǒng)的回答。 本文的主要結(jié)論是： 1．從不同的角度看，，因特網(wǎng)具有不同的性質(zhì)； 2．因特網(wǎng)的發(fā)展有著自身的特點、趨勢和規(guī)律； 3．它能全方位地降低企業(yè)費用和提高企業(yè)效率，并能從根本上對企業(yè)產(chǎn)生 重大影響； 4．因特網(wǎng)經(jīng)營可分為“構(gòu)造型”、“基于型”、“借助型”、“面向型”及“治 理型”五種類型； 5．因特網(wǎng)經(jīng)營與傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)營有著重大的差別，它有一整套自己的模式、原則、 戰(zhàn)略、策略和方法。
[Abstract]:The Internet is and has had an unprecedented impact on human economic life. Int What is the net and its value? Where does its impact on business come from? What are the laws and characteristics of development Some? What aspects of Internet operations can be carried out and how? All of this becomes an enterprise An urgent question to answer in the coming wave of the Internet. Nevertheless, the research related to it Very weak. On the basis of case analysis, theoretical discussion and investigation, this paper makes an analysis of the above problems. A more systematic answer. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. From different perspectives, the Internet has a different nature; 2. The development of Internet has its own characteristics, trends and laws; 3. It can reduce the cost of the enterprise and improve the efficiency of the enterprise in all directions, and can fundamentally produce to the enterprise. Significant impact; 4. Internet management can be divided into three categories: "constructive", "based", "assisted", "oriented" and "governance". Five types of "theory"; 5.
