【摘要】： 區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重點(diǎn)在于推動(dòng)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的形成與發(fā)展，因此，分析與評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)是區(qū)域政府日益關(guān)心的課題，它是產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的決策基礎(chǔ)。但是區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個(gè)復(fù)雜的社會(huì)系統(tǒng)，，它存在什么樣的運(yùn)行機(jī)制?對(duì)此的理論研究并不多見。本文試圖用生態(tài)眼光，分析和評(píng)價(jià)區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)狀況。 論文在總結(jié)了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)理論和高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)最新進(jìn)展的基礎(chǔ)上，運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)分析的方法總結(jié)了區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)特征，并提出了分析框架。分析框架由三部分組成，(1)外部環(huán)境分析：從區(qū)域政府可控制因素和不可控制因素兩部分出發(fā)，提出6種影響因素；(2)內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)和行為特征分析：參考高科技產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)分析框架和區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)的一般特點(diǎn)，總結(jié)出區(qū)域產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)成長(zhǎng)的7種動(dòng)力來源；(3)系統(tǒng)目標(biāo)效果即產(chǎn)業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)分析，給出評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系及定性和定量相結(jié)合的綜合評(píng)價(jià)法。 文章最后是對(duì)河間市電線電纜產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)的實(shí)證研究，并提出生態(tài)改進(jìn)的意見。
[Abstract]:The focus of regional economic growth is to promote the formation and development of regional industries. Therefore, the analysis and evaluation of regional industries is an issue of increasing concern to regional governments, and it is the decision-making basis of industrial development strategies. However, regional industry is a complex social system, what kind of operation mechanism does it exist? There are few theoretical studies on this. This paper attempts to analyze and evaluate the regional industrial situation from the ecological perspective. On the basis of summarizing the theory of regional industry and the latest progress of high-tech industry ecology, the paper summarizes the ecological characteristics of regional industry by the method of systematic analysis, and puts forward the analysis framework. The analysis framework consists of three parts: the analysis of external environment: the regional government can control the factors and the factors can not be controlled. Analysis of internal structure and behavior characteristics of six influencing factors: referring to the ecological analysis framework of high-tech industry and the general characteristics of regional industrial ecology, This paper summarizes the objective effect of the seven power sources of regional industrial ecological growth, I. e., the analysis of industry contribution, and gives the evaluation index system and the comprehensive evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative analysis. Finally, the paper makes an empirical study on the ecology of wire and cable industry in Hejian City, and puts forward some suggestions for ecological improvement.
