【摘要】：本文從經(jīng)濟(jì)哲學(xué)的分析方法入手,以拉卡托斯的科學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)為研究視角對(duì)規(guī)制經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究范式進(jìn)行梳理,探尋主流經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)對(duì)政府規(guī)制行為的哲學(xué)定位以及規(guī)制經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的核心思想與未來(lái)發(fā)展前景。規(guī)制經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)繼承并堅(jiān)守了新古典經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的三大硬核:理性選擇、穩(wěn)定的偏好和均衡。通過(guò)對(duì)不完全信息、交易成本等問(wèn)題的討論,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家調(diào)整了規(guī)制經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)研究綱領(lǐng)的保護(hù)帶,并構(gòu)建成了完備的理論體系,其成果主要體現(xiàn)為激勵(lì)理論和契約理論。規(guī)制經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的前沿研究強(qiáng)調(diào)有限理性,并使用不完全契約理論分析規(guī)制問(wèn)題。由于有限理性是對(duì)規(guī)制經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理性選擇這一硬核的巨大挑戰(zhàn),規(guī)制經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的研究范式極有可能發(fā)生一次重大變革。這一變革將有助于分析中國(guó)社會(huì)中廣泛存在的不完全契約現(xiàn)象,為解決中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政府與市場(chǎng)的關(guān)系問(wèn)題提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:This paper begins with the analytical method of economic philosophy and combs the research paradigm of regulatory economics from the perspective of Lakatos's scientific research program. This paper explores the philosophical orientation of mainstream economics to government regulatory behavior, the core ideas of regulatory economics and its future development prospects. Regulatory economics inherits and adheres to the three hard cores of neoclassical economics: rational choice, stable preference and equilibrium. Through the discussion of incomplete information and transaction cost, economists adjust the protective belt of the research program of regulatory economics, and construct a complete theoretical system, the results of which are mainly reflected in incentive theory and contract theory. The frontier research of regulatory economics emphasizes limited rationality and uses incomplete contract theory to analyze regulation problem. As limited rationality is a great challenge to the hard core of rational choice of regulatory economics, it is very likely that a major change will take place in the paradigm of regulatory economics. This change will be helpful to analyze the phenomenon of incomplete contract widely existing in Chinese society and to provide theoretical basis for solving the relationship between the socialist government with Chinese characteristics and the market.
