【摘要】：列寧發(fā)表《帝國(guó)主義是資本主義的最高階段》已經(jīng)100年了,不但沒(méi)有過(guò)時(shí),而且對(duì)于解釋帝國(guó)主義的腐朽性、垂死性更有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。帝國(guó)主義垂而不死原因很多,其中帝國(guó)主義處理生產(chǎn)資本輸出與貨幣資本輸出的方式不同,既可以解釋帝國(guó)主義的腐朽性和自我修復(fù)性,也能夠解釋資本主義核心國(guó)家的更替。1970年代以后出現(xiàn)的金融霸權(quán)使資本輸出又出現(xiàn)了新的狀況:非信用貨幣資本的輸出為信用貨幣資本輸出所取代,這使得帝國(guó)主義的腐朽性空前加劇,因此其垂死性的趨勢(shì)不可逆轉(zhuǎn)。
[Abstract]:It has been 100 years since Lenin published "imperialism is the highest stage of capitalism". It is not only not out of date, but also has more realistic significance for explaining the decadence of imperialism and dying. There are many reasons why imperialism will not die. Among them, the different ways in which imperialism handles the export of productive capital and the export of monetary capital can explain the decay and self-repair of imperialism. It can also be explained that the replacement of the core capitalist countries and the emergence of financial hegemony after the 1970s brought about a new state of capital export: the export of non-credit monetary capital was replaced by the export of credit money capital. This makes the decadence of imperialism unprecedented intensified, so its dying trend irreversible.
