【摘要】： 社會主義在各國確立以后，各國領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人都在探索發(fā)展社會主 義的道路。在效率與公平問題上，他們都表現(xiàn)出同一種傾向：注 重公平忽視效率，使社會主義遭受前所未有的挫折。而我國的社 會主義在鄧小平同志領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下得到蓬勃發(fā)展。鄧小平既注重效率又 注重公平，使兩者得到統(tǒng)一。效率是公平的物質(zhì)基礎(chǔ)，公平有“經(jīng) 濟根源公平”和結(jié)果公平之分，它們分別是效率的前提和目的，， 效率相對于結(jié)果公平處于優(yōu)先地位。鄧小平在堅持社會主義基礎(chǔ) 上，強調(diào)社會主義歷史階段的主要任務(wù)是大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)力，并探 索出一條讓一部分地區(qū)、一部分人先發(fā)展、富裕起來，先發(fā)展起 來的地區(qū)帶動后發(fā)展的地區(qū)，最終實現(xiàn)共同富裕的道路；他還創(chuàng) 造性地將社會主義與市場經(jīng)濟相結(jié)合，實現(xiàn)了效率與公平的辯證、 動態(tài)統(tǒng)一。在新的時期，我們要以鄧小平社會主義效率公平觀為 指導(dǎo)，結(jié)合當(dāng)前實際，解決目前面臨的效率公平熱點問題，為實 現(xiàn)社會主義的共同富裕目標奮斗。
