【摘要】：習(xí)近平同志特別關(guān)注黨的理論素養(yǎng),組織中央政治局常委進(jìn)行三次集體學(xué)習(xí),分別對(duì)馬克思主義的辯證法、歷史觀進(jìn)行了研究和探討。同時(shí),習(xí)近平同志也將馬克思主義的世界觀和方法論進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)造性的應(yīng)用,提出了一系列的治國思想,按照以"問題導(dǎo)向"和"目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向"相結(jié)合的具體方法,做出了我國正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的"新常態(tài)"的科學(xué)論斷,并實(shí)施了一系列的重大舉措和戰(zhàn)略部署。深入了解這些重要方法、重要論斷與重大舉措之間的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,對(duì)深刻領(lǐng)會(huì)黨的方針政策具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:Comrade Xi Jinping paid special attention to the theoretical accomplishment of the Party, organized the standing Committee of the political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee to conduct three collective studies, and studied and probed into the dialectics and the view of history of Marxism. At the same time, Comrade Xi Jinping creatively applied the Marxist world outlook and methodology, and put forward a series of thoughts on governing the country, according to the concrete method of combining "problem-oriented" and "goal-oriented". This paper makes a scientific conclusion that our country is in the new normal of economic development, and implements a series of important measures and strategic arrangements. It is of great significance to deeply understand the Party's principles and policies by deeply understanding the internal relations between these important methods and important judgments and major measures.
