【摘要】：在當前的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展中，市場秩序處于規(guī)范與不規(guī)范的二重結(jié)構(gòu)狀態(tài)中，必然而又困惑。這其中，信用問題顯得尤為突出。信用問題是一個復雜體，，既從屬于市場秩序又超越它；既有其時代性又有傳統(tǒng)的一面；既獨立而又有依附性。所以對信用問題的研究角度眾多。本文選擇經(jīng)濟契約中的信用作為研究角度，旨在通過經(jīng)濟交易中的契約關(guān)系，對其中的信用行為及信用關(guān)系做出全新理解，將契約與信用的關(guān)系與作用給予進一步的發(fā)展。 經(jīng)濟契約理論是近20年來現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟學最前沿的研究方向之一，也是主流經(jīng)濟學最有前途的研究突破方向之一。新古典經(jīng)濟學中無法解釋的許多實際難題，運用契約理論的方法，都可以得到比較好的理解。本文的信用問題就是基于此，尋求契約理論的解決和理解的路徑，做一嘗試。 本文共分為四個部分。 第一部分是對契約理論的一般理論的概述。從契約的廣義解釋及起源入手，回顧了契約理論的發(fā)展歷程，同時也是對經(jīng)濟學理論發(fā)展的回顧。在此基礎(chǔ)上，指明了本文所要探討的經(jīng)濟契約的范疇。 第二部分是提出信用在經(jīng)濟契約中的必要性問題。首先提出了一個前提：非正式制度的信用，又從廣義的制度體系出發(fā)，分析了正式與非正式制度的關(guān)系與兼容，給出了信用全新的理解。同時又說明了信用在經(jīng)濟契約中的必要性問題，提出了信用默認契約的性質(zhì)問題。 第三部分對信用默認契約的缺陷做出原因分析。從交易人的本性、社會影響及現(xiàn)實措施三個方面給予說明。 第四部分是對問題的三重建議分析。分別是信用默認契約的自動實施模型、信用道德博弈論淺析和信用的現(xiàn)實建議。
[Abstract]:In the current economic development, the market order is in the dual structure state of norm and nonstandard, which is inevitable and confused. Among them, credit problem appears particularly outstanding. Credit problem is a complex body, which is not only subordinate to the market order but also transcended it; it has its epochal character and traditional side; it is independent and dependent. So the research angle of credit problem is numerous. This article chooses the credit in the economic contract as the research angle, through the contract relation in the economic transaction, makes the brand-new understanding to the credit behavior and the credit relation among them, and further develops the relation and function of the contract and the credit. Economic contract theory is one of the most advanced research directions in modern economics in recent 20 years, and also one of the most promising breakthrough directions in mainstream economics. Many practical problems which can not be explained in neoclassical economics can be well understood by the method of contract theory. The credit problem of this paper is based on this, seek the solution and understanding path of contract theory, make an attempt. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is an overview of the general theory of contract theory. Starting from the broad interpretation and origin of contract, this paper reviews the development of contract theory, and also reviews the development of economic theory. On this basis, this paper points out the scope of economic contract. The second part is about the necessity of credit in economic contract. First of all, it puts forward a premise: the credit of informal institution, and then from the broad institutional system, analyzes the relationship and compatibility between formal and informal institutions, and gives a new understanding of credit. At the same time, it explains the necessity of credit in economic contract, and puts forward the nature of credit default contract. The third part makes the reason analysis to the credit default contract flaw. From the transaction of human nature, social impact and practical measures to explain three aspects. The fourth part is the triple analysis of the problem. It is the automatic implementation model of default contract of credit, the analysis of credit moral game theory and the practical suggestion of credit.
