【摘要】：正我演講的題目是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的話語(yǔ)體系問(wèn)題。我認(rèn)為,基本的話語(yǔ)體系首先從《資本論》中去找。理論體系和話語(yǔ)體系既要有中國(guó)特色、中國(guó)風(fēng)格、中國(guó)氣派,但是我認(rèn)為還是要以馬克思主義的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)為指導(dǎo)。中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的學(xué)科定位要有階段性的定位,要有學(xué)科本身性質(zhì)的定位。我認(rèn)為在階段上的學(xué)科定位要從兩個(gè)階段來(lái)考慮。第一,從生產(chǎn)關(guān)系來(lái)說(shuō),中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)是一個(gè)屬于社會(huì)主義初級(jí)階段的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。第二,從生產(chǎn)力的發(fā)展階段來(lái)說(shuō),它是屬于中等收入發(fā)展階段的政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。我們現(xiàn)在討論中
[Abstract]:The topic of my speech is the issue of the discourse system of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In my opinion, the basic discourse system is first found in Capital.Theoretical system and discourse system should have Chinese characteristics, Chinese style and Chinese style, but I think it should be guided by Marxist economics.The subject orientation of the political economy with Chinese characteristics should be phased and the nature of the discipline itself.I think the discipline orientation in the stage should be considered in two stages.First, in terms of relations of production, political economy with Chinese characteristics is a political economy in the primary stage of socialism.Second, from the development stage of productivity, it belongs to the political economy of middle income development stage.We are now discussing
