【摘要】： 鄧小平利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想與實踐，是發(fā)展科學(xué)社會主義的重要內(nèi)容之一。因 篇幅所限，本文僅從這一思想提出的背景、依據(jù)、主要內(nèi)容、基本原則及其啟示幾個層 面進行初探。 第一部分，分析了鄧小平利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想提出的背景。黨的“八大”以后， 我國進入了社會主義經(jīng)濟建設(shè)時期，鄧小平在一些講話中包含著利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思 想的萌芽。七十年代中期，鄧小平主持中央工作，在外經(jīng)貿(mào)方面提出了一些利用資本主 義的政策。八十年代，我國進入改革開放時代，鄧小平的這一思想得以全面展開。九十 年代初期，中國處于深化改革，擴大開放的關(guān)鍵時期，鄧小平利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想 終于確立起來。由此可見，鄧小平的這一思想是貫徹始終、堅定不移的。第二部分，分 析了鄧小平利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想創(chuàng)立的方法倫依據(jù)、理論依據(jù)、時代依據(jù)、現(xiàn)實依 據(jù)，為鄧小平利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想的形成奠定了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。第三部分，首先分析 了鄧小平利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想實施的可行性；接著，從對外貿(mào)易、利用外資、引進 資本主義國家的先進技術(shù)與管理經(jīng)驗等方面論述鄧小平對列寧、毛澤東利用資本主義的 經(jīng)濟思想的繼承與發(fā)展；最后，從鄧小平創(chuàng)辦經(jīng)濟特區(qū)的試驗作用，鄧小平的市場經(jīng)濟 理論是利用資本主義的文明成果的最大貢獻；鄧小平“一國兩制”的構(gòu)想與實踐是多層 次利用資本主義的偉大創(chuàng)舉三個方面進行頗有獨到地闡述，說明鄧小平既繼承前人，又 突破陳規(guī)，為利用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想做出了獨創(chuàng)性的貢獻。第四部分，主要闡述了兩 點。其一，深刻分析列寧、毛澤東在不同時期提倡要同資本主義開展經(jīng)濟競賽和競爭， 并趕超西方主要資本主義國家的思想觀點，從而探尋鄧小平趕超發(fā)達資本主義國家的經(jīng) 濟思想；其二，鄧小平秉承前人的宿愿，實事求是地制定了趕超發(fā)達資本主義國家的戰(zhàn) 略部署和戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。第五部分，理性地論析了鄧小平利用資本主義經(jīng)濟思想必須遵循的 基本原則及其重要啟示。從處理內(nèi)外因關(guān)系的原則、四項基本原則、主體性原則、兩手 抓原則四個方面闡述利用資本主義必須遵循的指導(dǎo)思想。然后，扼要地說明了鄧小平利 用資本主義的經(jīng)濟思想給我們帶來的幾點啟示。顯然，綜述了說明利用資本主義和建設(shè) 社會主義具有因果關(guān)系，，這對我們建設(shè)中國特色的社會主義事業(yè)具有重要的理論價值和 現(xiàn)實意義。 我們必須認真學(xué)習(xí)江澤民同志的“四個如何認識”，進一步認識充分利用資本主義 來建設(shè)社會主義的必要性和重要性。在這個過程中，我們既要堅定社會主義的信念，又 要反對崇洋媚外，反對“趨同論”的思潮。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping is one of the important contents of the development of scientific socialism by using the economic thought and practice of capitalism.
The limitations of the text are only from the background, basis, main content, basic principles and several layers of Enlightenment from this idea.
A preliminary study of the surface.
In the first part, the background of Deng Xiaoping's economic thought of capitalism is analyzed. After the Eighth Congress of the party,
