【摘要】：對現(xiàn)代勞動關(guān)系和經(jīng)濟參與理論進(jìn)行了理論梳理,認(rèn)為韋伯夫婦是"工聯(lián)主義視角",依靠組織力量,視野比較狹窄,具有內(nèi)在局限;馬歇爾的"工業(yè)身份"概念并沒有在其著名的身份體系中占據(jù)主要位置,與英國實踐的不足有關(guān);而雅諾斯基用"權(quán)利—義務(wù)"對等的"經(jīng)濟參與權(quán)"描述二戰(zhàn)以來的勞動關(guān)系調(diào)整過程,擴展彌補了韋伯夫婦以及馬歇爾理論的不足,具有重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Combing the theory of modern labor relations and economic participation, the author thinks that Weber and his wife are "the angle of trade union doctrine", relying on the organization strength, the field of vision is relatively narrow, and has the inherent limitation; Marshall's concept of "industrial identity" does not occupy the main position in his famous identity system, and it is related to the insufficiency of British practice. Yanowski describes the adjustment process of labor relations since World War II with the equal right and obligation of economic participation, which makes up for the deficiency of Weber's and Marshall's theory.
