【摘要】:隨著項目化管理在我國企事業(yè)單位中的不斷推行,項目化管理技術(shù)也不斷借鑒其他領(lǐng)域的知識,從而更適合社會環(huán)境的不斷變化。在信息時代的今天,項目管理技術(shù)逐漸與計算機技術(shù)融合,形成了基于信息化的項目管理技術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域。項目組合決策管理作為一種新興的項目管理技術(shù),有效的解決了項目管理水平較低,對多個項目管理時往往不能夠統(tǒng)籌管理,項目之間的關(guān)系處理不好,缺乏溝通協(xié)調(diào),無法實現(xiàn)資源有效配置等多種問題。 本文在項目組合決策管理和數(shù)據(jù)倉庫理論及研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,深入研究當(dāng)前企事業(yè)中項目管理信息化系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在“蜘蛛網(wǎng)”的問題,多個項目之間缺乏統(tǒng)一的協(xié)調(diào),資源配置不均,各個項目進度難以統(tǒng)一管理等,嚴重地影響了多個項目的同時管理。為解決這些問題,本文提出基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫技術(shù),將組織中的多個項目管理信息數(shù)據(jù)整合為一體,建立統(tǒng)一的項目信息化管理數(shù)據(jù)平臺,即以項目組合決策管理體系為主要內(nèi)容的項目管理信息化系統(tǒng)或者叫項目組合決策支持系統(tǒng)的解決方案。 基于數(shù)據(jù)倉庫的項目組合決策管理信息化解決方案是從項目組合決策管理者的角度剖析項目組合決策管理的整個生命周期及決策管理流程,包括項目組合辨識、項目組合計劃、項目組合執(zhí)行和項目組合跟蹤控制,并在此基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了整個項目組合決策管理體系的信息化平臺的構(gòu)架,利用Power Designer數(shù)據(jù)庫模型設(shè)計軟件設(shè)計與構(gòu)建整個平臺的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫,提出利用聯(lián)機分析處理軟件、微軟的Excel、 SPSS等軟件將數(shù)據(jù)倉庫與用戶聯(lián)系起來的解決方案。此外,本文以Excel為例實現(xiàn)項目組合決策數(shù)據(jù)倉庫中信息的展示,從而完成了整個項目組合決策管理信息化系統(tǒng)平臺。該平臺在一定程度上解決了現(xiàn)階段我國企事業(yè)單位對多個項目的管理問題,為推動項目管理信息化做出了一定的貢獻。
[Abstract]:With the continuous implementation of project management in enterprises and institutions in China, project management technology is also constantly learning from other fields of knowledge, thus more suitable for the changing social environment. The integration of project management technology and computer technology has formed the research field of project management technology based on information technology. As a new project management technology, project portfolio decision management has effectively solved the low level of project management. The management of multiple projects is often unable to manage as a whole, the relationship between projects is not well handled, lack of communication and coordination, and can not achieve the effective allocation of resources and other problems. On the basis of project portfolio decision management and data warehouse theory and research results, this paper deeply studies the application of project management information system in enterprises and institutions, and finds that there is a problem of "cobweb". The lack of unified coordination among multiple projects, the uneven allocation of resources and the difficulty of unified management of each project have seriously affected the simultaneous management of many projects. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a method based on data warehouse technology. A unified project information management data platform is established by integrating multiple project management information and data in the organization. The solution of project management information system or project portfolio decision support system is based on the project portfolio decision management system. The solution of project portfolio decision management information based on data warehouse is to analyze the whole life cycle and decision management process of project portfolio decision management from the perspective of project portfolio decision manager, including project portfolio identification. On the basis of project portfolio planning, portfolio execution and project portfolio tracking control, the framework of the information platform of the whole project portfolio decision management system is designed. The data warehouse of the whole platform is designed and constructed by using Power Designer database model. The solution of connecting the data warehouse with users by using OLAP software, Microsoft Excel, SPSS and so on is put forward. This paper takes Excel as an example to realize the display of information in project portfolio decision data warehouse. The platform has solved the management problems of many projects in enterprises and institutions in our country at present, and has made a certain contribution to the promotion of project management information.
