【摘要】： 隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的不斷深入,我國已經(jīng)由建國初期高度集中的計劃經(jīng)濟(jì)體制轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樯鐣髁x市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制。社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)體制在我國已經(jīng)初步建立并不斷獲得發(fā)展和完善。我國經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的偉大實踐是在鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想科學(xué)體系指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行的,因此,對鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想進(jìn)行深入地分析對我國當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革具有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。 鄧小平在我國社會主義建設(shè)的過程中,堅持解放思想、實事求是的科學(xué)態(tài)度,從我國的實際出發(fā),在借鑒我國社會主義建設(shè)經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)和其他社會主義國家建設(shè)興衰成敗的基礎(chǔ)上,逐步意識到進(jìn)行社會主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的必要性和重要性,并在實踐基礎(chǔ)上逐步形成了經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革科學(xué)的思想體系。 本文對鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想進(jìn)行了全面而深入的研究,文章第一部分分析了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想形成的客觀基礎(chǔ)、經(jīng)驗借鑒、現(xiàn)實基礎(chǔ)以及理論基礎(chǔ)。第二部分把鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想的形成過程分成四個階段,從四個階段來探尋其發(fā)展軌跡。第三部分系統(tǒng)地闡述了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想的科學(xué)體系,逐一分析了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的指導(dǎo)思想、性質(zhì)、對象、目標(biāo)、方法與步驟、以及經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。第四部分從七個方面闡述了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想的特點。 文章結(jié)尾部分分析了鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革思想對科學(xué)社會主義的理論貢獻(xiàn),把對社會主義的認(rèn)識提高到新的水平,指出其對我國堅持走中國特色社會主義道路和全面建設(shè)小康社會具有指導(dǎo)意義。 鄧小平經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革理論是一個科學(xué)的理論體系,是鄧小平理論的重要組成部分,是對馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論的創(chuàng)造性發(fā)展。同時它又是一個開放的理論體系,是一個不斷發(fā)展的理論體系,我們還要在經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革的實踐中用新思想、新觀點和新論斷來充實和完善這個體系。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of China's economic system reform, China has changed from a highly centralized planned economy system in the early years of the founding of the people's Republic of China to a socialist market economy system, which has been preliminarily established in China and has been continuously developed and perfected. The great practice of reform was carried out under the guidance of the ideological and scientific system of Deng Xiaoping's economic restructuring. Therefore, an in-depth analysis of Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic system reform is of great significance to China's current economic system reform. In the course of China's socialist construction, Deng Xiaoping insisted on the scientific attitude of emancipating the mind, seeking truth from facts, and proceeding from the reality of our country. On the basis of drawing lessons from our socialist construction experience and the success or failure of the construction of other socialist countries, we have gradually realized the necessity and importance of carrying out the reform of the socialist economic system, And on the basis of practice has gradually formed a scientific ideological system of economic system reform. This article has carried on the comprehensive and thorough research to Deng Xiaoping's economic system reform thought. The first part of the article has analyzed the objective foundation and the experience reference of Deng Xiaoping's economic system reform thought formation. The second part divides the forming process of Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic system reform into four stages. The third part systematically expounds the scientific system of Deng Xiaoping's economic system reform, and analyzes the guiding ideology, nature, object, goal, method and steps of Deng Xiaoping's economic system reform one by one. The fourth part expounds the characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's thought of economic system reform from seven aspects. At the end of the article, the author analyzes the theoretical contribution of Deng Xiaoping's economic system reform thought to scientific socialism, and raises his understanding of socialism to a new level. The paper points out that it has guiding significance for our country to adhere to the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and to build a well-off society in an all-round way. Deng Xiaoping's economic system reform theory is a scientific theoretical system, an important component of Deng Xiaoping's theory and a creative development of Marxist economic theory. At the same time, it is an open theoretical system. It is a developing theoretical system, and we should enrich and perfect it with new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgments in the practice of economic system reform.
