【摘要】：產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移現(xiàn)象由來(lái)已久，但理論界對(duì)這種現(xiàn)象直接深入的研究比較少，對(duì)其研究更多是分散在各個(gè)相關(guān)的理論中，國(guó)內(nèi)也鮮見(jiàn)這方面的專(zhuān)著。而產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移在現(xiàn)實(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中卻有著很重要的作用，目前關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的理論研究不能很好的指導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移實(shí)踐的發(fā)展，正是基于此選擇了產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移這個(gè)研究主題。 本文以“產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的理論研究與實(shí)證分析”為題，全面深入地分析和研究了產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的含義、類(lèi)型、原因與經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)，著重揭示了國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移與一國(guó)范圍內(nèi)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的一般規(guī)律，并以此規(guī)律探討我國(guó)承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移和西部大開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移。 通過(guò)研究我們所得出的基本結(jié)論是：產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移作為當(dāng)代和今后國(guó)際經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系演進(jìn)的長(zhǎng)期趨勢(shì)，必然會(huì)對(duì)發(fā)展中國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的選擇產(chǎn)生重大影響。幾乎任何一個(gè)發(fā)展中國(guó)家和地區(qū)，都不能不考慮是否利用、如何利用國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移這種機(jī)制來(lái)發(fā)展本國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)；同時(shí)一國(guó)區(qū)域內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不平衡也需要通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整和產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移來(lái)解決。我國(guó)作為發(fā)展中國(guó)家，產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移在將我國(guó)打造成為“世界工廠(chǎng)”和成功的實(shí)現(xiàn)“東業(yè)西移”的過(guò)程中將發(fā)揮重要的作用。 除前言外，本文分七個(gè)部分展開(kāi)。第一章簡(jiǎn)要介紹產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的含義與特點(diǎn)，對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分類(lèi)，，同時(shí)界定了本文所研究的產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的范圍。 第二章對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的理論進(jìn)行了述評(píng)。本章分為三個(gè)部分，包括馬克思主義經(jīng)濟(jì)理論中關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的論述，西方經(jīng)濟(jì)理論中關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移理論的論述，以及我國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移理論的研究現(xiàn)狀。 第三章探討了產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的原因。我們從產(chǎn)業(yè)承接地對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的吸引力與產(chǎn)業(yè)移出地對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的推動(dòng)力兩個(gè)角度，通過(guò)對(duì)生產(chǎn)要素、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、制度因素等多個(gè)方面闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的經(jīng)濟(jì)動(dòng)因。 第四章分析了產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移的經(jīng)濟(jì)效應(yīng)。產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移可以對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)移出地、產(chǎn)業(yè)承接地的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展產(chǎn)生影響，而這種影響有積極的影響和消極的影響，同時(shí)，產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移也能夠促進(jìn)承接地與移出地所構(gòu)成的經(jīng)濟(jì)整體的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。 第五章追溯國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的歷史，預(yù)見(jiàn)國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，總結(jié)了國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的有益經(jīng)驗(yàn)，同時(shí)指出了國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的一般規(guī)律。 文章的最后兩部分是將產(chǎn)業(yè)地區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移理論應(yīng)用于中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)現(xiàn)實(shí)。第六章是關(guān)于中國(guó)在承接國(guó)際產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移中所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與應(yīng)對(duì)措施，第七章是解決西部大開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的問(wèn)題，在產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移過(guò)程中政府應(yīng)該發(fā)揮應(yīng)有的作用，利用產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的積極效應(yīng)，消除產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移的消極影響。
[Abstract]:The phenomenon of industrial region transfer has a long history, but the theoretical circle has little direct and deep research on this phenomenon, and the research on it is more scattered in various relevant theories. There are few monographs on this aspect in China. However, the industrial area transfer plays an important role in the development of real economy. At present, the theoretical research on the industrial area transfer cannot well guide the development of the industrial area transfer practice. It is based on this choice of industrial area transfer this research theme. Under the title of "theoretical Research and empirical Analysis of Industrial area transfer", this paper comprehensively and deeply analyzes and studies the meaning, types, causes and economic effects of industrial regional transfer. The general laws of international industrial transfer and industrial transfer in a country are emphatically revealed, and the industrial transfer in the process of undertaking international industrial transfer and western development in China is discussed. The basic conclusion of our study is that industrial transfer is a long-term trend in the evolution of contemporary and future international economic relations. Almost any developing country or region must consider whether to use the international industrial transfer mechanism to develop its own economy. At the same time, the imbalance of economic development in a country's region also needs to be resolved through the adjustment of industrial structure and industrial transfer. China, as a developing country, The transfer of industrial areas will play an important role in the process of building China into a "world factory" and successfully realizing "moving from east to west". In addition to the preface, this paper is divided into seven parts. Chapter one briefly introduces the meaning and characteristics of industrial regional transfer, classifies the industrial regional transfer in detail, and defines the scope of industrial regional transfer studied in this paper. The second chapter reviews the theory of industrial region transfer. This chapter is divided into three parts, including Marxist economic theory on industrial regional transfer, Western economic theory on industrial regional transfer theory. As well as our country scholar to the industry area transfer theory research present situation. The third chapter discusses the reasons of the industrial region transfer. From the two angles of the attraction of the industrial undertaking to the industrial transfer and the driving force of the industrial transfer from the industrial moving out, we analyze the factors of production, the industrial structure, Institutional factors and other aspects elaborated the economic drivers of industrial area transfer. The fourth chapter analyzes the economic effects of the industrial area transfer. The industrial area transfer can have an impact on the economic development of the industrial transfer land and the industrial undertaking land, and this impact has positive and negative effects, at the same time, Industrial transfer can also promote the economic development of the whole economy. The fifth chapter traces the history of international industrial transfer, foresees the development trend of international industrial transfer, summarizes the beneficial experience of international industrial transfer, and points out the general law of international industrial transfer. The last two parts of the paper apply the theory of industrial area transfer to the economic reality of China. Chapter VI is about the challenges and countermeasures that China faces in undertaking international industrial transfer. The seventh chapter is to solve the problem of industrial transfer in the process of western development. In the process of industrial transfer, the government should play its due role, make use of the positive effect of industrial transfer, eliminate the negative impact of industrial transfer.
