【摘要】：隨著環(huán)境問題日益受到廣泛重視,我國作為農(nóng)業(yè)大國,在追求農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)財務(wù)績效的同時還必須考慮環(huán)境績效對其產(chǎn)生的影響�；诮M織生態(tài)學(xué)理論、公司治理理論以及產(chǎn)權(quán)理論,從產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)的角度出發(fā),以2012—2014年農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司為樣本,實證檢驗環(huán)境績效和財務(wù)績效關(guān)系以及產(chǎn)權(quán)性質(zhì)對兩者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究在驗證了農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)環(huán)境績效對財務(wù)績效具有顯著正向影響的基礎(chǔ)上,進一步發(fā)現(xiàn)非國有農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)相較于國有農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè),在環(huán)境績效對財務(wù)績效的正向影響上更為顯著。研究針對國有農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)存在的問題提出建立環(huán)境友好型農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展激勵機制、將國有農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的部分業(yè)務(wù)市場化、提高政府監(jiān)管有效性及建立多元化評價機制、提高農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)保技術(shù)創(chuàng)新有效性等促進環(huán)境績效對財務(wù)績效正向影響的建議。
[Abstract]:With the increasing attention to environmental problems, China, as a large agricultural country, must consider the impact of environmental performance while pursuing the financial performance of agricultural enterprises, based on the theory of organizational ecology. Corporate governance theory and property rights theory, from the perspective of the nature of property rights, the 2012-2014 agricultural listed companies as a sample, The relationship between environmental performance and financial performance, as well as the moderating effect of the nature of property right on the relationship between the two, is tested empirically, and the study proves that the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises has a significant positive impact on financial performance. It is further found that non-state-owned agricultural enterprises have a more significant positive impact on financial performance than state-owned agricultural enterprises. In view of the problems existing in state-owned agricultural enterprises, the paper proposes to establish an incentive mechanism for environment-friendly agricultural development. Some suggestions to promote the positive impact of environmental performance on financial performance are put forward, such as marketization of some business of state-owned agricultural enterprises, improvement of the effectiveness of government supervision and establishment of diversified evaluation mechanism, and improvement of the effectiveness of agricultural environmental protection technology innovation.
