【摘要】：《資本論》的"以人民為中心"的價(jià)值立場與對(duì)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的科學(xué)分析,是習(xí)近平新時(shí)代中國特色社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)思想的理論來源,它與中國社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的偉大實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,產(chǎn)生了中國特色社會(huì)主義新時(shí)代政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)。人類歷史上的這一新的經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論正在形成過程中,展示為三個(gè)層次:第一是基礎(chǔ)層次:新時(shí)代社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)規(guī)定,包括關(guān)于社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的本質(zhì)及其基本制度的思想,后者體現(xiàn)了習(xí)近平的市場與社會(huì)主義有機(jī)融合論;第二理念層次:社會(huì)主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展理念,包括五大發(fā)展理念等一系列發(fā)展理念;第三是戰(zhàn)略層次:關(guān)于社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的理論,特別是黨的十八大以來,以習(xí)近平為核心的黨中央提出的一系列發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。上述三個(gè)層次構(gòu)成的有機(jī)整體,形成了正在蓬勃發(fā)展中的、開放的中國特色社會(huì)主義新時(shí)代政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的理論結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:The value standpoint of "taking the people as the center" and the scientific analysis of the market economy are the theoretical sources of Xi Jinping's thought of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Combining with the great practice of China's socialist market economy, it has produced a new era of political economics of socialism with Chinese characteristics. This new economic theory in human history is in the process of being formed. The first is the basic level: the essential provisions of the socialist market economy in the new era, including the essence of the socialist market economy and its basic system, The latter embodies Xi Jinping's theory of organic integration of market and socialism, the second level of concept: the development concept of socialist market economy, including five development ideas and a series of development ideas. The third is the strategic level: the theory on the strategy of socialist economic development, especially the series of development strategies put forward by the Party Central Committee with Xi Jinping as the core since the 18 National Congress of the Party. It forms the theoretical structure of political economy in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
