【摘要】：發(fā)展理念是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展思想的"歷史路標(biāo)",具有前瞻性、整體性、統(tǒng)領(lǐng)性等特點。我國社會主義制度建立以來,經(jīng)過長期建設(shè)和發(fā)展,以"物的依賴性"為特征的第二個歷史發(fā)展階段已呈現(xiàn)向以"自由個性"為特征的第三個階段過渡的某些先兆性特征。在這一時代背景下,黨的十八屆五中全會提出"創(chuàng)新、協(xié)調(diào)、綠色、開放、共享"五大發(fā)展理念,在實現(xiàn)"兩個一百年"的發(fā)展道路上再一次樹立起"歷史路標(biāo)",旨在開啟由"物的依賴性"向"自由個性"轉(zhuǎn)變的歷史征程。"五大發(fā)展理念"是從我國發(fā)展實踐中提煉出來的規(guī)律性認(rèn)識,其本身就是理論創(chuàng)新的重要成果,也將進一步引領(lǐng)對當(dāng)代中國重大經(jīng)濟現(xiàn)實問題的理論研究。
