【摘要】：新古典經(jīng)濟學只研究資源配置的自然屬性,不研究社會屬性;新古典經(jīng)濟學以市場失靈為邏輯起點研究政府職能,只研究"政府一般",不研究"政府特殊"。馬克思主義經(jīng)濟學超越了新古典經(jīng)濟學研究范式的局限性,因而是科學的資源配置論。在社會主義市場經(jīng)濟條件下,作為"政府一般",政府的職能包括古典自由主義的"守夜人"職能、新古典主義的彌補市場失靈職能,以及凱恩斯主義的"宏觀調控"職能;作為"政府特殊",政府除了要承擔以上政府一般職能以外,還必須使生產(chǎn)資料的社會主義公有制生產(chǎn)關系在社會主義社會的生產(chǎn)、交換、分配和消費等各個具體環(huán)節(jié)中得到貫徹并進一步發(fā)展壯大。
[Abstract]:Neo-classical economics only studies the natural attributes of resource allocation, not social attributes; Neo-classical economics studies government functions from the logical starting point of market failure. Marxist economics transcends the limitations of the paradigm of neo-classical economics and is therefore a scientific theory of resource allocation. As a "general government", the functions of government include the function of "night-watchman" of classical liberalism, the function of remedying market failure of neoclassicism, and the function of "macro-control" of Keynesianism. As a "special government", in addition to the general functions of the above government, the government must also make the production and exchange of the socialist public ownership production relations of the means of production in the socialist society. Distribution and consumption and other specific links have been implemented and further developed.
